Beyond the Olukai brand, there were couple of other brands being offered that provided yoga wear, snow wear, and sunglasses. The experience was good as fellow customers were not agressive. He got us out 3 different sizes, laced them up, felt her toes and spent time explaining to me how to tell if the shoe is a good fit for a growing kids foot. I was super impressed with his customer service. He was so patient even though the place was slammed and tons of other people were coming at him. I cant remember the name of the gal who helped us at the dressing room, but she was super upbeat and helpful. She helped us grab different sizes and styles of clothing. I have seen reviews where people knock the store for it's prices. They must not understand that this store sells name brand items and is consistent with other stores selling the same items. I understand not everyone can afford it, but it's not fair to rate the store low because of its prices when they are fair. There are plenty of stores with less expensive options available. This Tilly's is always super clean, well stocked, and has super customer service oriented staff. I also love the Moolah bucks you rack up and can use towards future purchases. After trying on multiple sizes and styles, I finally found the pair I wanted, especially because of the price that was displayed. But when I got to checkout, the price rang up higher. I brought it up, and after checking over the walkie, the cashier said it was likely a wrong insert on the display shoe. I pointed out the San Diego price accuracy sign, and instead of helping, the cashier just giggled and said, "what do you want me to do?" That response felt completely unprofessional.
