I say stick with online retailers or if you absolutely do not care how much padres gear costs.

I honestly couldn't tell if the price was meant as a joke, but if it was, I certainly didn't find it funny. A brand-new Marine Corps Dress Blues coat can be purchased for around $200, so I was very surprised to hear a $500 price quoted for one. I live quite a distance from your store and was simply trying to save myself a wasted trip by calling ahead to confirm that you had one in stock. I expected a straightforward and courteous response, regardless of whether you had the item or what the price might be. That is not the way a customer should be treated when calling your business. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, because customer service starts with how you answer the phone

The staff and managers are unhelpful, and they don't care if you don't come back! They do nothing to improve that. I was looking for a sabiki fishing lure and went to the front to ask for assistance and they said that someone would be there to assist. I waited but no one came over to help. I have bought dozens of sabiki lures in the in the past from this store so I went back to the front staff said they don't have them anymore. They replicate already known and trusted products and copy them in their designs (Haley Strategic Heavy Chest Rig, Spiritus Systems MK5 placard) If you don't believe me just look at their website 3. The build quality is no better than the chinese nylon companies you see on amazon 4. They prey on young Marines to buy their so called "USA made" gear and even try to provide incentives like providing a free chinisium knife. Bottom line: Don't buy from this company. Sure they might manufacture their products in the USA but it is nowhere near the quality compared to (Ferro Concepts, Haley Strategic, Spiritus Systems, Blue Force Gear) just to name a few. The funny thing is that they are pricing more than the top notch manufacturers I just mentioned. By buying from this company, you are paying for premium prices, and getting a mediocre product. Take the time and actually research what gear you are buying. BDS tactical is no better than amazon gear. Genuinely the worst place. To spend $200+ on a chest rig that's an exact copy of the Haley Strategic Heavy chest rig even though the BDS one is terrible quality, should be a crime. JUNIOR MARINES DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

When I first moved to San Diego, I would go to the Prana sample sales at this location. There were great deals to be had. I was sad when they ended and Columbia took over prana, but happy that I could go to the Columbia employee store again. Over the years, I've gotten some fantastic deals on winter wear. In San Diego, you'd think you wouldn't need it, but I get cold easily, and I do travel to colder climates regularly. I've purchased shoes, gifts, jackets, gloves, socks, and other items. I'm sure I'm forgetting. Everything holds up very well. On my last visit, I had a pass from AAA who was holding an event for members. Everything was an additional 20% off except sale items. I purchased a few things and on my way out met with the AAA sales people. If you keep your eye open, you can see passes come up somewhat regularly. Some sales are better than others as sometimes there's not a big discount and sometimes there is. I've been happy with all my purchases and will continue to shop here as long as I can get passes.
