These guys are always really nice and always willing to help. I got my latest pair of work boots here last month and they were very helpful. The boots I got were really nice but after wearing them for a couple of days the left boot wasn't feeling right. I inspected it and found that one insole was uneven. I brought them in to the store and they traded it out with a matching pair from the back with no problem. After wearing the boots for a month and loving them the sole started to delaminate. (Manufacturer defect) I brought them in and showed them and after they looked up my receipt they traded me with a new pair without hesitation. read more

The staff at boot world are so sweet and supportive. I was at the Bootworld location in San Marcos and they sent me to this location. I appreciate the staff reserving the turquoise teal color boots since they were the last in my size in the entire county. When I arrived to BootWorld Vista the staff were very helpful and friendly. It meant a lot to have these teal turquoise boots. The color of teal or anything close to it is very healing and comforting. The best part of these Ugg boots it's the comfort and ability to add embroidery design to it. By wearing teal, you are signaling that you support survivors or are a survivor. Went in to boot world today after an awful experience at boot barn this afternoon. Boot world has the store well organized, friendly helpful staff and a large selection of work boots and casual styled safety shoes. I wasted about 45mins waiting to be helped in an empty store at boot barn before i gave up and decided to head to boot world. Here at boot world; i was immediately greeted as soon as i walked in and asked if i needed help. I was brought over to what i needed and helped out by Sadie. My husband needed to purchase some steel toed shoes for work and immediately decided to check this place out. We walked in, and we were greeted right away. My husband wears a size 12 but usually has to go bigger because his feet are wide. The gentleman here offered to measure his foot, once that was done my husband tried on the black reebok shoes and they were a hit, he purchased them. I really like the fact they have slip resistant, work shoes, and above all else ugg boots, and yes sandals. They have cute baby uggs too. Great customer service, and store. read more

Worst service I've ever received at any shoe store.. ever. Had one employee following me & my son around the store as if we were doing something wrong.. (made me extremely uncomfortable) None of the employees were wearing name tags or uniform so I didn't know she was an employee until I saw her coworker ask her something. Then, the female that asked me if I needed help became rude when I told her the size she recommended me was too small & tried to argue that they would stretch the more I wore them. It was CONSTRICTING my entire foot & was not comfortable & I felt as if she was arguing with me about my size. My employer gave us a voucher for work boots at boot world. When I arrived to the Oceanside location I was greeted immediately by Ray. Ray was in very professional and helped retrieve the boots I had put on hold the day previous. Ray was also very sweet to my 20 month old daughter who was running about the store. I really appreciated how Ray took the time to take care of me. I will come back for future purchases and not just work boot purchases. So I had my patient come in today at my work, near Boot World. She was so happy to have her new pair of UGGS. But She was set back by the customer service. They were rude to her and would not wait on her until she finally said something. They were not busy at the time and after her purchase of spending over 300.00 they made a comment. "And your not going to return these". Yes she had an exchange but has never gotten cash for the return and always spent more money each time she went in. I alway recommend this store to all my patients for comfortable shoes but didn't realize the lack of customer service. I will not recommend this store to anyone again. Main reason is that my parent that came in for her new Ugg's had an appt in our office today to find out she had cancer. It's a very big deal, as she is going to have to go through some major chemo and radiation. She will be very sick. And possibly not make,it as this was found in an advanced stage. So lets try and remember to-Always treat all People the way you would treat your own family. You never know what others are going through. Just put a smile on your face and do your job. I came here for some steel toe boots for work. They have a great selection, the entire back wall are safely shoes! I found a great pair of black boots by Catapillar for $140. The employee did inform me of the store brand version of boot for significantly less, but I liked the fit and feel of the Catapiller boots. The boots are black slip ons, which is good because I can wear them into the office too. As a side note, boot places always try to sell the orthopedic inserts for 'arch support'. read more

I absolutely love this place. My husband went in bought some boots for work, he works in construction. After 3 weeks the boots had practically falling apart and they were hurting his feet everyday. I decided to bring the back in and just see what they could do. I figured they would probably just give me a discount on new boots or something. Without any hesitation they had me pick out a better boot for him gave me a recommendation on a couple that would work better in his line of work. And they swap them out all I had to pay was the difference between the two boot cost. Upon leaving I felt that I had made a great purchase, I work on my feet all day and the two brands I bought will last a great deal longer than the generic boots that seem to explode as soon as they become 6 months old. I've visited the location twice and it's been a good experience. I get greeted, they question what type of shoe I am looking for then they guide me to the proper section. The two times I've visited they didn't have my size they were very helpful notified me which location had my size and an eta when I would receive the shoe. Saves me the time in asking what store? I'm sitting in my car getting ready to hop on in there again for the 3rd time in 2 weeks please don't mistake this review to be negative I'm writing it in hopes that a manager or supervisor can help me get what I want I can't seem to purchase my size of Miss Mee jeans at this store, yes it's a bit frustrating,? Several months back this store stocked them, but it hasn't for some time now. I like stopping by on the way home from my salon after a 12 hour day. The employees are absolutely AMAZING they always say hi and are extremely helpful. I own a hair salon in the Carlsbad Village I value great customer service the crew at this store is awesome! I wear Miss Mee Jeans size 26 & 27 I would really appreciate it, if you would stock the sized for us little people, I'm looking to purchase 4-6 pair with in the next couple weeks and don't want to purchase online.
