I ordered these bell sleeves about two and a half weeks before my event. They showed as in stock,…read moreand the website said they would ship the next day, so I thought I had plenty of time. Everything that followed was let down after let down. Now I'm out $55 and I still have to spend more to get an item that I can actually use at the festival itself. More than a week passed with no shipping notification. I emailed twice and used the chat three times. Every chat was handled by AI and marked "urgent," but it still took FOUR days to hear back from a real person. I only kept reaching out because my event was getting closer. The first two replies just said there was a technical issue and that someone would follow up. The last agent finally tried to help and offered to express ship a replacement. I replied within 15 minutes with a new pair I wanted. They were even cuter than my original order, and they stayed in stock all weekend. No one responded until after they sold out Sunday night. Instead of asking me to choose another replacement, they sent the original print in a size they already knew would be too small, plus a plain black pair in the right size. My entire outfit was already black, which is why I had specifically chosen something with color. So now I am being sent two items that cannot use, I did not receive a refund, and I still have to spend another $60 to $70 buying something at the festival. So now I'm out over $100 for one outfit, and I was only getting one item. This was not one unavoidable mistake. The original item was listed as in stock and never shipped. I was not notified that it had oversold and they were out of inventory. It then took four days to get a real response, despite 5 tickets being marked urgent. When I immediately chose a replacement, no one responded before that item sold out too. Then they sent two substitutes without asking me, even though one is too small and the other did not work with my outfit. There were multiple chances to prevent this, and every one of them was missed. This was a huge disappointment. I would not trust the listed stock or shipping times for anything you need by a specific date. Even with an item marked in stock and next-day shipping, I would give yourself at least a month.

This place fits in very well with the Leucadia vibe. The employees may seem uninterested at first, but if you are interested in classic bikes, surfing, etc. they are very helpful. It might not seem cool to people, when employees are not forced to plaster a fake smile on their face and kiss a$$ all day, but I think these guys are so much easier to deal with. They are totally reasonable when you want to make a purchase, they happily special ordered some gear for me, and they leave you alone when you are just browsing. Prices are fair-trade on the gear and the bikes. Clothing is much more expensive than the thrift shop, but they have already pulled the cool stuff for you. Check out the bonsai classes out back! Buy yourself a classic motorcycle! Rad place for some old school cool!

I do not spend money or support local when I'm not treated with basic curiosity. Shame on you as a local business for not engaging customers who went out of their way to shop with you and not treat them the way you would want to be treated. Upon reading other unhappy reviews I see I am not the only one that feels this way. I also question the positive reviews because they seem to be for the connected store not their store. This store is out of the way even if you live in Vista. It was not worth the trip, will be not be back and definitely not recommending them. North County is full of locally owned, thrifted, vintage stores no one should waist their time with this store.

It's truly the kind of place you find once and then keep coming back to. The vanilla lattes are beautifully crafted; smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. And then there's Camden... he completely elevates the experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about the craft. From serving espresso in a ceramic cup to walking you through the tradition of pairing it with sparkling water (very European, very cool), it turns a simple coffee run into something memorable. And the brownie... the brownie... wow. Warmed to perfection with thick walnuts and enjoyed out on the patio, it's dangerously good. Like, "we came for coffee and accidentally had a whole moment" kind of good. If you're anywhere near Coast Highway, don't miss this spot, especially if you're here for the café experience.

While we were browsing, the lady at the front kept hovering over us as if we were trying to steal something. It was obvious enough that we actually started laughing about it. Combined with how incredibly expensive everything was, we decided not to buy anything. We did use the photo booth a couple of times, which has about a 3 and 1/2 minute processing time. While waiting for our photos to print and looking through them together, we sat on the couch. There was no one else in the store, and we weren't being loud, rude, or causing any problems. Despite that, we were rudely told the couch was only for customers trying on clothes. Didn't know the couch was a dressing room. It felt unnecessary considering we were simply waiting for the photos we had just paid for and were about to leave. The store has a cool concept, but the customer service made it feel unwelcoming. Greet every customer with kindness. Not everyone who walks into your store is out to get you.
