To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th. All the while we were receiving harassing texts demanding the rest of the payment or else they would turn around. And when the truck did finally arrive, only the driver was present to unload it. We paid for loading and unloading services and were basically left on own with the driver to unload. I have a physical disability and was unable to help, so my partner bore the burden of five grueling hours of unloading a 26 foot moving truck with the driver. We contacted the company after an hour or two passes and still no other movers arrived and were told that, in fact, they WERE there! They even argued with us saying that the movers confirmed they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 hours ago. And yet. No movers. Also the driver used a slur in front of my partner and I about a group of people that I belong to. Absolutely disgusting.

Art was the 4th person I called an he instantly made me feel very comfortable with my decision to hire his team. His pricing was also very reasonable and worth the quality work. It was nice that all 3 men took the time to shake my hand and introduce themselves. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they worked. I had a 2 story 4 bedroom home and they made it look so easy! They carefully wrapped each large pieces of furniture and even put my TVs in boxes. The temp was 100 degrees that day and I was very surprised the guys worked as quick as they did and with no complaints! We are very grateful to the Serna's Relocation movers for their excellent care of us and our…read morehousehold goods in our recent move from Upland, CA to Santa Rosa, CA! We began with the estimate from Felipe Serna, who provided information, consultation and came to our house to assess the amount of household goods. His estimate was reasonable and he was very personable and reassuring. We decided to have Serna's do the packing and the moving. He even made an extra trip to deliver stickers to identify things staying or being loaded last. We had two days of packing, with two and sometimes four packers--all quick and careful workers, polite and helpful. Reina was good about staying in touch with us with dates and delivery scheduling. The final day of loading went well, and the load was maintained by Serna's until we arrived in Santa Rosa, about 10 days later. At the delivery site, the driveway to our place was challenging, and Felipe (who was now the driver as the driver was injured earlier that week) had to jackknife the truck to make the turn. All things were placed where we directed--and sometimes had to be moved again. The crew were agreeable, very helpful and always polite--and sometimes had to life heavy items up the stairs! We appreciate the referral to your moving service, and we would be happy to make the same positive referral to anyone. Moving (after 45 years in one house in Upland) has not been easy, but the Serna company made it all possible. Thanks to Felipe, Reina and the entire crew.
