New York Strip

We enjoyed a yummy, impromptu dinner, and their beautiful Christmas decorations and live music by a Harpest set a festive atmosphere! My perfectly cooked filet tenderloin was delicious and set atop crisp Gorgonzola fries. Definitely a reorder. Hubs ordered crab cakes and was a bit disappointed with the amount of breading used for binding. I tasted them and agree. My son sent back her New York strip it was too rare for his medium request. They kindly obliged and did a nice job correcting the mistake. Our server was efficient, but food was a bit slow arriving at the table on this busy night.

Came in on a rainy Wednesday night for my birthday. The resturant is decorated beautifully and all of the staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The food and drinks were all fabulous! Will be back!!

We went early as we know they get very busy and couldn't get reservations. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful server/bartender who was very pregnant! We had great conversation with her. Our food was amazing! Best rib eye I have ever had. The expresso rub was cooked perfectly. Great dinner with family and we walked home which was helpful!! Must when in Savanna!

Love the cozy yet stately vibe. The chairs surrounding the bar really grab you in. Our server/bartender was attentive. As for the food the shrimp and grits was very flavorful. Really enjoyed the Tasso ham gravy, added a really nice depth to the dish. So good we ordered it both time I've ate there. A must check out spot when roaming around downtown SAV

Came here for dinner on advice from a guy I follow on TikTok who said it was his favorite dining spot in Savannah. It didn't disappoint. Wonderful dining experience all around. Food and service was excellent!

We started at the bar and were served extremely well-crafted cocktails by Kyla, who was very knowledgeable and personable. She knows her way around a good Old-Fashioned and margarita! After our cocktails, we went to one of the dining rooms, adjoining the bar. We started with the shrimp & grits, which was a great way to kick off the meal: creamy and delicious, with fresh Georgia shrimp and vidalia onion rings. Our entrees were both specials: KC strip steak, cooked perfectly medium rare, and a crusted salmon over risotto. Both were amazing! We had to pass on dessert, though, but only because we were too full. Everything from the white table cloths, cozy dining room, beautiful bar (see photos) to the staff (bartender Kyla and waiter George) were outstanding. We expect to return on our next visit to Savannah!

Friendly staff, beautiful place. 2 hour wait for freezing cold food. Great presentation, poor execution.

Best bread ever. They say let's get this bread, go to bistro 45 to get it. The foods pretty good too.

What a beautiful picturesque place to have some bites and cocktails!…read more I was welcomed into this moody, velvety spot with a sweeping view of the river. Beautiful glass, marble, deep colors of navy, mauve, and gold. Service was wonderful, felt welcomed immediately. For my appetizer, I had the crab cake with homemade tartar sauce, which was a light, bright way to start the evening. For my entree, I had the filet mignon. The server will tell you, the menu says tapas, but the servings are larger than that. Meat portions are generous at 6 oz. My only complaint is that I ordered my steak medium and got closer to well done. At least the steak was still moist and not dried out, but I would be hesitant to do the steak again. The spinach risotto I had with it was creamy and cheesy, however, so that was nice. Other options for food include burrata, a charcuterie board, grilled shrimp, sea bass, salmon, scallops. The cocktails are the real star here. They fall under the categories "strong and adventurous," light fare," and "signature." Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. I started with the medusa 1597, under "strong and adventurous." Made with Old Tom Gin, extra dry vermouth, truffle, grapefruit, and amaro, it was extremely strong. A bold, slow sipper I would have done better to have later in the evening, but I still appreciate the complexity of it. I also had the Bella primavera, a lighter cocktail under the signature section. Made with pisco, blanc vermouth, French herbal liqueur, watermelon, and basil leaf. A smoother, brighter, faster sip than the Medusa. And I also had the blood orange martini, made with French vodka, blood orange, lime, and cranberry. A little sweet, but not cloying, and again, would have been a better starter as opposed to a closer. I think when I return, I will ask the bartender to make me off the menu drinks. This place seems creative enough that the outcome would be fantastic. I loved this place. The vibe, the view, the service, the offerings. Can't wait to see what more they have in store.

There are several drink options with your choice of spirit. The mixologist was lovely! She was super attentive and patient (i knew what I wanted, but was indecisive with all the choices). The prices are normal for downtown Savannah, but love that there's the decor and fun drink options that make it feel worth it. Last call is earlier than some other places, so be mindful of that. Unsure what it will turn into at the end of July, but either way, give this spot a try!

Ambiance is prohibition bar vibes so a little more rustic and casual. I was a bit annoyed by the hostess. We had a reservation for our party of 6 and arrived about 15 minutes early. I asked if we could grab drinks at the bar and she kept coming up with excuses on why we couldn't stand or sit in certain areas. Finally, I just asked her to come up with a solution because we had 15 minutes to kill and they didn't have a waiting area. Funny enough, she decided then to get our table ready. It was just odd. Our server was from Ukraine so she was efficient and fast. Not super friendly or chatty with us which missed the mark on Southern hospitality and made our experience feel cold compared to our previous dinner experiences in town. I don't fault her for it though as she did her job. We ordered an excessive amount of starters and some of the entrees. The stand outs for me was the crispy Brussels sprouts, roasted bone marrow, steamed mussels, and grilled octopus. Skip any of the bread options. They weren't even toasted. For entrees, we also decided to share them. The pork chop and NY strip were stand outs. We ended up sending back the halibut. It tasted mealy and freeze burnt. Skip the crispy Japanese eggplant. I was expecting a grilled dish and it was actually fried with a thick batter. Too heavy for my liking. Overall, we enjoyed our meal but not somewhere I am dying to go back to.
