My house was built in 2013 and yet I have had several issues with the furnace that was installed by the builder (sub contracted to a local vendor). Within the first 18 months I had 4 major issues, and the builder had the opportunity to fix the root cause but never did. I finally found Said on Yelp who came in right away to inspect my furnace. He even asked me to climb up to the attic to help me understand what was incorrect about the install. It was abundantly clear that the install it self was done improperly. I had Said replace the furnace and since then no issues. Said was upfront about what the costs were going to be and what my options were in selecting a unit. His team came in on a Wednesday morning, removed the old unit and installed the new unit. I barely hear the unit running now which is an added bonus. We have been living without our upstairs air conditioning for the past 4 years. We decided that we were not going to go for the next 8 months without it. We got a quote from Sayed of 411 Heating & A/C a couple of years ago. It was very reasonable. So I called Sayed up again and he came out the same day. Even during Covid, 411 Heating & AC responded right away to our AC problem. Unfortunately his team messed up my AC system. When they left the AC started making weird noises to the extent that neighbors complained about noise. Sayed refused to come again to see the AC. I had another mechanic come in and it was diagnosed that air pocket was introduced in the AC hermetically sealed system. Out of nowhere, our air conditioning unit stopped working over the summer. I went on Home Advisor and requested some quotes. 411 was the first company that called and scheduled an appointment. Said from 411 came and surveyed the current HVAC system and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. He recommended that we get a few additional quotes and then make a decision. After having 4 other companies providing us quotes, I became familiar with the pricing and the HVAC system needed to replace/upgrade our 30-year-old broken unit. No other company representative was as knowledgeable as Said, and their recommendations were more expensive for less effective units and without improving the air flow in our home. 411's pricing and honesty was very apparent. I did not feel the need to bargain on the price. We scheduled with 411 and within less than a week, they had the new unit delivered and started the installation. It took about 3 days to fully install the new unit with few additional visits to make adjustments. After a month of use, we noticed that one of the return vents was louder than before. The air return/flow was making a loud turbulent noise. 411's team came within a very short notice and was able to identify and fix the issue.
