I visited this place just a few days after they opened. The interior is modern-industrial and currently lacking much in the way of decor. There are around ten indoor tables and half a dozen patio tables. Aside from coffee (Intelligentsia is served here) they also have pastries, bagel sandwiches, salads, and sandwiches. At the time of this writing the menu is very limited. I ordered a hot vanilla latte and a smoked turkey sandwich and ate at one of the indoor tables. I picked up my coffee at the counter while the sandwich was soon brought to my table. The vanilla latte was superb, served at immediate drinking temperature. Both the slightly sweet vanilla flavor and the smooth taste of the coffee roast were equally distinguishable and enjoyed. The sandwich contained thick slices of deli turkey (the compressed meat type), provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It was warmed in a panini press (my deduction based on the imprints on the bread). It was served with ordinary potato chips. The sandwich was filling! Even though I am not a fan of the processed turkey that was used it was still pretty good (although I wouldn't order again). Staff here were all very welcoming and nice. I've been here twice now and overall the food is actually very good, so tasty - flavor of food I would give 4 stars. This two star review is more due to a labeling error the staff made on the food on my second trip. On my most recent order, I ordered a vegan breakfast burrito and a bacon breakfast burrito. I personally had the vegan breakfast burrito, since I am vegan and have been for 8/9 years now. One burrito had written on it "vegan" and the other burrito had written on it "bacon". Everything seemed amazing. I took 2 bites of my "vegan" labeled burrito to realize it was the bacon one, since there was a really pungent/strong flavor that I just don't commonly taste in my food (I also opened it up to find bits of bacon). I opened the "bacon" labeled burrito to see that this was actually the vegan burrito with the veggies. I don't know how much bacon I actually ate in those two bites but I mean... I wasn't very happy about it and I think its a really big deal to properly label food. I know this was not on purpose and very likely just oversight but again I think its a super big deal. I have no desire to eat any animal flesh ever again for the rest of my life, and to inadvertently eat it did not make me feel good for my own personal beliefs. For vegans, double check your food is the vegan food if your order is combined with meat product items. I would still say the food is great and the staff are always very nice the 2x's I've been. ***UPDATE*** Right after I posted this review, I went to search vegan reviews, if any, for this place. Needs a lot of improvement. Misleading information presented on Yelp photos and store menus, which customers like myself use to decide on picking a place to order from and drive over to. This is regarding a take-out order. Seems like minimal effort was put in to completing this order knowing the customer would drive away without being able to fully check out what they received. Brochacho burrito- ingredients used are kept to the bare minimum. You can barely see any avocado in the burrito. It's as if someone smeared the smallest spread of it and definitely doesn't look like the photo they uploaded themselves on Yelp. Hawaiian Fruit Salad- placed under the "Bowls" category and charging $8 for it, but it's definitely more like a fruit CUP. Based on the photos of the dine-in presentation of it, you'd think it'd be put in a to-go bowl or a clear salad container to fit the same amount. But instead, it seems I got a much smaller portion fit in a small cup and it wasn't even filled to the top. Missing ingredients such as one of the main fruits, papaya, and almonds. If you're out of ingredients, that should be communicated with the paying customer to see if it can be replaced with something else. Overall, very disappointing experience paying way too much for small portions and taste/quality that's average at best. read more

Customer service was 5 's they were REALLY nice and welcoming. As someone who is on the road all the time I loved that they had other meat options. I don't eat pork and most breakfast places only serve pork options. However, the chicken did taste like it was pre packed and frozen a little dry. It would have loved it if they cooked their own chicken. Now the green salsa was a little watery it almost tasted like water with seasoning. On our very first day of moving to the area, my girlfriend and I decided to stop by and get a pick-me-up. It seems like the owner has a great relationship with the staff because the customer service is laid-back, but top notch. On my subsequent trips, I found out that some of the plants that provide some flavoring to the coffee are home-grown! The WiFi was not connecting, so I couldn't stick around to enjoy the ambiance as I had to go find somewhere else to work. Usually you can strike up a conversation with the owner or the workers. The coffee drinks are always delicious! Today we got an iced strawberry matcha and a Spanish latte. The strawberry matcha was very good with a strong strawberry taste. The Spanish latte is great not too sweet like other Spanish lattes and the espresso shot is good. I added in two espresso shots to the latte, and the drink total for the large size was a bit over $8. Kinda steep. My husband got the brochoburrito and I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side. Unfortunately his burrito tasted sweet even with the salsa. Not sure what caused that. I'm the bagel was extremely dry. Yes I understand cream cheese on the side would result in this but I'm saying through and through the entire bagel was dry and tasteless. I also ordered a toasted blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It looks good and tastes even better -- served on a nice white plate for dining in.
