Tofu wrap and tofu stir fry

These guys are killing it! Called and ask about having some items made vegan. They did everything to accommodate and make it PHENOMENAL! Thank you all so much.

Tofu + Veggies + Rice + Peanut Sauce = Heaven

Quite possibly the best peanut sauce I've ever had. So far I've tried their tofu peanut bowl (several times), their beef banh mi (delish), their chips + salsa (the chips are so unique and amazing) and their hummus plate (super tasty). If you are in the Kendall Yards area you must do two things: 1) Wave hi to me. 2) Order food from 3 Ninjas. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Very dry and hard pieces of chicken.

We ordered two dishes from the Liberty Lake location. The firecracker chicken had good flavored sauce, but the chicken was dry and hard. It was so dry it just mashed into hard stringy pieces when you'd bite into it. I couldn't eat any more than pictured. I'd try it again hoping to get fresh chicken. The peanut chicken bowl had better cooked chicken, but the sauce was very bland. I wouldn't order it again. The menu looked great, but the product was pretty disappointing.

The absolute BEST service with AMAZING food! I got the vegitarian wrap and my boyfriend got the fire wrap and we are absolutely OBSESSED! Not to mention the hot sauces they make and the salsa that is extremely tasty!! These guys are extremely wonderful! Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!! Steve is super rad too!

Was driving to work one day and noticed a new place opened up in the neighborhood so on my way back home I decided to stop in. Super friendly staff, very personable and polite. The food was awesome. I got a steak philly and oh man it was HUGE, just filled so much with meat and cheese--they def. don't skimp. I wanted to save half for the next day but I just couldn't resist it was that good. Will def. be back.

I ate here for the first time last night. I had the Thai Chicken Peanut Bowl; yakisoba noodles sautéed with onions, pepper, mushrooms and chicken in a peanut sauce, topped with sweet hot pickled celery/carrot mix and crushed peanuts. This was really good, the sauce had a nice peanut flavor but did not over power the other ingredients. You should give this place a try.

Their #1 best seller is the spicy fire wrap. ORDER THIS!

What began as 3 friends with a vision is now a "go-against-the-grain", fusion food truck serving up great food in Spokane. Steven Kitchens, Tymen Hoffman, and Michael Anderson have been friends for over 15 years. After school, they went their separate ways for a short while, all working in the food industry, and came back together a few years ago to bring 3 Ninjas to life. With the creation of 3 Ninjas, they are able to do what they love and have a blast while doing it. 3 Ninjas food truck is based out of Spokane and you can find them at around 10 different locations a week. Follow them on Facebook for updates on where they will be parked. I visited them at the Kendall Yard's Night Market which runs on Wednesday nights from 4-8 pm until mid October. They serve Fusion cuisine and they proudly break all the rules with their menu. Fusion cuisine combines elements of different culinary tradition. The menu is sporadic but that's what makes this place so great. They have something for everyone. Rice bowls, Noodle bowls, wraps, fish tacos, all totally random and all totally YUM. I'd recommend their #1 best seller is the spicy fire wrap. They marinate the chicken in house-made habanero pepper jelly, drench their onions in buttermilk, then fry them fresh to add a nice crunch. It's truly an explosion of flavors and textures wrapped in a warm tortilla. The sweet coleslaw helps balance out some of the heat in this FLAMING HOT burrito. We sat next to a sweet couple who was talking to us about their food and he also ordered the spicy fire wrap. He was joking that he was trying to act tough but this burrito was owning him. So good but so spicy. This wrap is not for the faint of heart. The spicy fire wrap is served with their fresh, thick chips and smoky salsa.

Huge portion. Bold flavors. The bbq wrap was sweet and tangy balanced with the freshness of the coleslaw. The rest of the menu looks bomb.

How wrong I was!!! We found this place on Yelp and it looked like a winner...4.7stars and right next to our hotel. We dined on a Saturday night and the place was packed...we got the last open table. I really loved the decorations inside- colorful, festive, and some really neat Dia De Los Muertos styled paintings. Our server was great and went through the menu...lots of selections. I wasn't super hungry so I got 3 street tacos (1 al pastor, 1 carnitas and 1 tinga). My son got an al pastor quesadilla and my wife got pollo tacos. The chips and salsa were good and held us over until the food came. When the food came they also brought out 3 more salsas in squeeze bottles and all of these were great too. All 3 of my street were very flavorful and all incredibly tender. Sometimes chicken and carnitas can be pretty bland but not here...these were exactly what I was looking for. My family loved their food as well and we left wishing we had a Los Habaneros Taqueria back in AZ! When I was paying for our meal at the cashier several people were picking up to go meals and heard we were from AZ visiting and both parties said we found the best spot in Spokane for Mexican food. I don't doubt them for a minute...this was dynamite.

Totally understandable, but our second server couldn't have cared less about our dining experience. We had to ask for a salsa and chip refill six times before it arrived at our table- I wish I was kidding. Our dirty appetizer dishes, plates and drink glasses sat on the table our entire meal, and no one came back to check on us. We also had to flag down our server when we wanted to order our dinner, more drinks, and ask for more water. Most disappointing of all, our graduation party, that no one asked us about, had 8 people meaning this awful service got tipped 18%. I completely understand having automatic gratuity on large parties, but the service needs to be worth that 18% if you're going to charge it. This was our first and last time at Molé. We found Molé restaurant along our walkway and decided to make a pit stop. Thankfully, there weren't a whole bunch of people yet. It was a gorgeous sunny day so we sat outside with a beautiful view overlooking the Spokane River. It was not a clear view due to an obstruction of some leafy vine plants that covered the railing. That made it not so pleasant. In order to truly see the view, you literally had to stand. It would've been best to have bar height tables and chairs to capture the view and the dining experience outside would be lovely. The interior of the restaurant is pretty large with nice decor, art mural, clean and comfortable ambiance. Our server was nice and made recommendations. We were offered complimentary chips and salsa which we enjoyed. The salsa was good. I ordered the Baja Fish tacos which were delicious. I enjoyed it paired with horchata drink. My daughter ordered the Empanadas Fritas. She stated was pretty good. We would return to try other items on the menu.

I got the fried chicken taco wjth a hazelnut matcha butter and Gorgonzola. Which was very yummy, then I got the pork belly with an asparagus salsa. Lastly I got two of the birria tacos. Overall the two street tacos were very good, perhaps both an 8/10 but the birria tacos were a little disappointing because their dipping sauce was basically flavorless. And the whole thing desperately needed salt. I ended up ditching the sauce and just using a bottled green sauce which was very yummy. Both my coworkers who also got the birria agreed it was not very good. They stuffed the tacos full of beef tho. The service was a little funky, we came in a big group and she insisted on taking all of our order at the same time and then had us pay separately after we all ordered, that required quite a bit of shuffling around among us 7, a bit confusing. Also, I ordered a soft drink and the bartender handed me a cup that was not full. Very strange. So I asked him to top it off, and his response was "sure, but just so you know, you get free refills" like okay? So because I get free refills you don't fill the cup up? Little strange, my coworker who witnessed it also thought it was weird. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely come back. Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Atmosphere 5/5

The food was amazing, the people were great, and I was excited to come back. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I planned a date night and decided to order from here again. Since we have kids, we did pickup. We drove about 25 minutes, then waited another 25 minutes because the line was packed which I didn't mind because the food was that good the first time. But this time? Completely different experience. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese... and it had no beans. Just rice and cheese in a tortilla. Then the nachos, honestly, for $27, this was unacceptable. Dry chips, unmelted cheese, some tomatoes thrown on top, no meat, no beans just thrown together with no care. It looked and tasted like an afterthought. What made it worse is the lack of accountability. I tried calling multiple times last night and again this morning no answer. Calls just ring or don't go through. I even tried calling from different numbers. Nothing. At this point, it's not even about the money it's the principle. Mistakes happen, but not being able to reach anyone or have them make it right is frustrating. I really wanted to keep supporting this place because the first experience was great, but this completely missed the mark. If you go, just be aware the quality and consistency might not be what you expect.
