I first experienced 3J Computers about the time Windows 95 was released in 1995. I was the office manager and IT person for a major law firm in the South Granville area. At the time the personal computer market was exploding. I was putting together my own computer system. After doing my research and due diligence I visited many computer stores looking for specific parts for my computer.
I walked into their store to purchase a mother board. What a relief, I found their service and technical knowledge refreshing as this was the first store that I encountered that knew what I was talking about, what I needed and had the expertise to advise me in how to put together my computer.
During the next 20 years I would go onto to purchase 15 computers for the Law Firm or for myself and friends. I always received prompt knowledgeable service. We networked the computers at the Law Firm and Jane made a major contribution to the setup of our network. Jane set up the network and had everything running in very little time. (This was when Windows had problems with networks).
I have also used 3J Data Recovery as one of my hard drives failed and much to my relief Jane managed to recover all the data from the bad hard drive and successfully copied all the data to a knew hard drive on my PC.
I am always in 3J's store talking to Jane and Tracy about computers, computer peripherals and software. They are very friendly and knowledgeable but I found them to be extremely honest. When I was in their store on numerous occasions I noticed customers would come in and ask for a very expensive high end computer part or computer. Tracy would ask what they were going to use the computer for and after ascertaining the purpose of the computer or computer part she would recommend a less expensive and less powerful hardware. The customer left happy and satisfied. My point is they will not up sell a computer or computer part to a customer if not needed.
I would highly recommend 3J Computer and Data Recovery to any one looking for an honest store for any and all your computer needs and requirements.
