I took a look at the photo and compared it against the requirement, and the photo clearly matches the wrong photo example where the head is too big. The person took my photo also got defensive when I emailed him, saying that it was something wrong the upload and I should just mail the DVD with the wrong photo to embassy because once they have DVD it will be fine. It's very unprofessional.

Though they were kind throughout the process, they laid out the options and tiers of recovery. When…read morethe lowest ones didn't work they went to the highest tier (I think it was if something was physically damaged) without telling me. They still couldn't recover anything, charged me the highest price they have for unsuccessful recoveries, and sent it back. I knew there was nothing physically wrong with it (and turns out after reformatting and losing everything it worked fine so no physical damage). I wish they would have asked every step of the process to save themselves work and saved me money I would have told them to stop trying long before then.
