Beware this company! They are NOT BBB accredited. Take a closer look on the BBB page. The owner is rude, and abides by his own schedule. I wasn't even allowed to pick up my hard drive until at least 2 weeks later from when I was informed there was nothing else they can do. They had my destination drive at the house, which was warm when I picked it up. Which is a huge red flag indication that the entire operation is done in his basement. The cost is nearly double as other Data Recovery services such as Restoring Data. And he requires your credit card information upon the submission form. The "No Data, No Charge" policy is misleading. He will charge $125 just to get your property back even if you want drive back unassembled. Check out Restoring Data instead. They are BBB accredited, half the cost, will not take your credit card information or charge you until there is successful work, return the drive fully assembled at no charge, and actually answers your calls. read more

I was in the process of moving and my laptop ended up having a drink spilled all over it. I just got back from a family trip and all my photos were on there! I did not have any back up pictures. My brother just had my second niece and I was going to send them copies. A friend of mine suggested that I call Aceon. He explained their business and what they do and he had used them before. I had called a couple of other places but I got the run around, the cost was way too high and no guarantee of any kind. I called and talked to Simon and I brought my laptop down. I was very professional and understanding to my situation. With in a week. I got a call that he was able to retrieve all my family pictures and cleaned up my laptop! I was so happy and relieved. I will always recommend this company for any person or business that has a computer issue. I know that he saved my family's memories and for that I am forever grateful., read more

They have helped with everything from removing viruses and spyware from my computer systems to rebuilding my computer when the whole system crashed. Most recently my harddrive crashed on a Friday and Simon installed a new harddrive and had everything back up running by Monday morning. My external hard disk went to couple different places before I met Simon. After my first call, I knew that he was the one I could trust. I told him the complete story of my hard drive and all the trouble I went through. He was confident and very transparent in explaining what might have happened to it and how he could help. He was able to recover my data without taking it to the clean room, in which case I would have paid double amount. I really appreciated it. I highly recommend his service to anybody who is in need of professional, trustable and prompt data recovery. read more

When the hard drive in my Mac failed, I looked around to see who could help me recover my data. While the situation was a pain, when I phoned Aceon and talked to Simon, I knew I had found the right person. No one else I had talked to was able to give me the confidence I had with Simon. He explained very clearly what had happened and throughout the entire data recovery process, he would regularly update me and quickly respond to any calls. Hopefully I never find myself in this situation again but if I do, I know who to call. read more
