I returned when they said and powered the new one up in-store and found that they had only transferred my desktop. I inquired and they had no idea nor did they have my old computer. The two guys huddled in the other room and I heard one of them say "~he pays more for French keyboards"... Mine was French. I'm a trucker so I have more receipts/expenses than the rest of the public; I lost $50,000.00 in tax receipts because they were from multiple unfiled years. Ian got back to me and said the good news was the photos were still there. The problem was the Plastic Case it was in. (the enclosure) He gave me 3 options, 1 being pick it back up NO charge. 2 a new enclosure. I picked door # 2 3 new External hard drive either 1 or 2 T. They solved the problem quickly by installing an SSD. I feel that this person took advantage of me not knowing much about computers.
