This was a huge mistake hiring them , dealing with an inexperienced sales person named Eli , the…read moreeye rolling should have been my first clue .I He was trying to give me a 3 inch molding for " free " when I had 7 inch molding which matches all my other crown molding in the house , and then kept badgering me " I told you I was going to leave a ribbon of paint " " but that ribbon would have been 3 inches .wide This is what JEN left me with an unfinished project , they left me with a hole in the hearth they just installed and exposed nails , unpainted baseboards and telling me he's not a painter ,, well duh ,, He kept chiming in with he gave me the baseboards for free , well his bid was in the highest range , so he didn't give me anything for free . He had his worker here for 10 hours trying to finish this install , it was 6:00 pm and he asked me did I want them to come back the next day or finish the project now , I said come back tomorrow ( I have a dog board and day care and the workers put the old carpet up against the gate so I couldn't close it to let the dogs out to pee they didn't go out that whole day , after I informed Eli that they must keep the gate closed at all times , The workers never got that message , ) well he didn't like that answer telling me they have to drive far , they are already here , blah blah ,, then why did you give me choices if your picking my answer ? It was this type of behavior all day , Just a waste of my energy, he also tried to tell me that he can ask for 50% of money due after showing him the law he said that is only for the down payment . I went along with it because I was exhausted with his lack of professionalism it was easier than dealing with him , Very unhappy with the job , the very first thing I asked him is I need a laminate flooring with TEXTURE because my dog cannot walk in this type of flooring , too slippery and being a seasoned sales person he gave me what I DIDNT WANT !! It's barely been a year and they're in awful shape. The cabinets are out of alignment and each time I open them, I'm afraid that the handle is going to rip off the door. We provided them with the door hardware and the "design" they provided didn't take into account the wine fridge handles. Because of this, we're unable to open one of the drawers all the way. Our previous cabinets were from Home Depot and their quality was far superior than theirs. Just know that you get what you pay for with their inexpensive cabinets. I can't speak for the quality of their other cabinets, but I'd suggest staying away from their inexpensive options.
