While he was there to view the potential tile project, we asked whether he could also repair a water-damaged ceiling in our other bathroom. (The cause of the leak had already been repaired--we just needed someone to address the damaged ceiling.) Ivan assured us both jobs could be done on the same day. The price for the ceiling repair was even reduced slightly because he said they were already going to be there working on the tiles. Ivan and Manuel arrived on time the next morning, worked very quickly and efficiently throughout the entire day, and got both jobs done by late afternoon. The precision and care taken with the tile and grout installation showed off Ivan's extensive training to master that trade! Manuel's work in the other bathroom was almost magical! Not only did he get the damaged area replaced, mudded, and sanded, but he repainted the entire ceiling so there would not be any visible "evidence" that he'd had to repair any specific area.
