Roast pork
Teresa N.

Got their roast pork which is actually Chinese or Cantonese barbecue. It's nice that they used pretty good quality pork belly for this, but I did't like how they put hoisin sauce in the bottom of that slap of belly but it's ok, not a deal breaker. The skin is crunchy and meat quality was good, portion was generous too.

Gà hấp muối bị hôi, chua. Mua nguyên 1 con nhưng không ăn được!!! Nếu đồ ăn ko đạt chuẩn tại sao lại bán cho khách????

Had dinner here on a weekend. Parking was easy in the plaza. The restaurant was clean, server was attentive and efficient. Food came out pretty fast. Broth, pork and wontons were good however the noodles were a bit too chewy for my liking. Overall, I'd give this place a 3.5/5 stars.

The roasted duck here is amazingggg! All the food here is authentic. This place is great for large groups because of how many seats they have and the portions they give. We tried the salt and pepper chicken, the sautéed pee shoots, fried rice, clams, and a few more dishes. Everything tasted great and the duck was a winner.

There was a fly in our food when we DoorDash to our house. This need to be inform by the health department. Nasty

There was a fly in our food when we DoorDash it to the house. Eating 1/4 of the way and discovered it so nasty I just want to throw up. Need to report this to health department Z

Dined here after browsing the menu at Blue Monkey (which was where my in-laws had chosen to eat). Someone wasn't happy looking at the food portion, wait and prices so walked around the plaza and dined at 360 instead. Our group of 7 left well fed and pleased. Got seated right away with no wait (place was pretty busy but not overly packed). Service was efficient. They had a huge variety of dishes to pick from. As it was lunch time, most of us got some kinda of rice plate or soup noodles. Husband got the duck and bbq pork noodle soup as well as the daikon rice flour cake. Soup was a little salty but really flavorful. I ended up taking a full leftoved container of soup home just so I could drink the broth. I got pho ap chao which was really good as well. Portion was huge and they actually use pho noodles unlike some other places. Honestly, it was hard to choose a dish as so many things sounded really good! Hoping to come back with a group of friends so that we can eat family style and enjoy more delicious sounding dishes!

Came with a group and ordered a lot of food. - roast duck. - very good and juicy - jelly cold salads- good - Dou miu veggie- seemed old. Not good - lobster noodle- avg. Roast duck was the best and the best in South Bay. The rest is average

Yo. I went to 360 before 'cause someone said they had the best roasted pork in San Jose and I don't remember who told me, but I owe them a hug, a shot, and maybe my rent. Today I got the number 194 and lemme tell you... JUICY DREAM MEAL. I think I cried a little. The soup was like a hot tub for my soul. The dumpling? SPANKTACULAR, yes, I made that word up but it's accurate. And the roasted duck? That thing flew straight into my mouth and quacked me into nirvana. Will I come back? Try and stop me. I might show up tomorrow in pajama pants with a bib

This place is so underrated! It's the best egg noods soup with bbq pork. The soup is so clear and flavorful and it's so rare when restaurants now serve your food super hot! I love when my food is burn-your-mouth-hot and not served lukewarm. You absolutely have to ask for the pickled green chilis to eat with your noods, it escalates it by a notch! If Chinese Vietnamese food is your thing, this is the spot!

Over the holidays, my friends took me to a new roasted BBQ duck noodles in San Jose. This place is in a big shopping center around Grand Century mall with all types of food businesses. It's so big that it's quite easy to get lost of forget where you park your car. The name is quite different for a chinese VN restaurant "360". Anyhow, the restaurant is quite new, high ceiling, clean and airy. The right side you can see all the nice colored BBQ ducks where you can buy and take home. We're seated at the end of the left side. The prices are in par with all the restaurants around here. $17 a bowl. There are quite a few dishes offered here, but we're here for the BBQ duck noodles soup. The bowl came out with the broth filled up to the rim, quite impressive, I liked it already. Each bowl came with a separate dish of BBQ duck, NOT skimpy which I like. So it's all in the broth, and the soup is so tasty and just right, someone may think it's too much MSG, but whatever it is, it's excellent. But since this one meat is only BBQ duck, there comes the meat, the duck is marinated and cooked perfectly, not too salty, not to sweet, not to much star anis spice, this is the best BBQ duck I've had so far anywhere. The noodles were cooked to perfection, not too soft, just crunchy enough. BUT for me a little shy, I needed one more portion of noodles because the soup was so good and plenty. The service here is hit and miss, last time we came, the place was packed and only 2 person running the whole place, take quite a long time to ask for something. Yesterday was not so busy, then the server was quite attentive and fast. So yesterday I came again with a friend and ordered extra noodles. The bowl of BBQ duck noodles soup was extremely consistent, excellent, this is what a good restaurant should be. Guess what, my friend loved it. This time we had chinese donut fried to crispy with our soup. Perfect lunch.

Food was delicious but the dumplings were smaller than expected except for the pan fried soup…read moredumplings. Those were a decent size but unfortunately burnt/over cooked on the bottom. Flavor profile was good esp the garlic noodles and garlic steing beans, they were not too salty. Sadly the loco moco beef patty was a bit too firm and dry. Not enough gravy. Service was good. Someone made sure we put on name on the list when we were waiting at the door. A server check on us every once in a while. Took a while to get more chopsticks and the paper check. Ambiance was great. Other than a few items coming out less than warm, (and yes I'm not talking about the items that come out cold already) all of us really enjoyed everything! Big problem though, the service. Waiter is very much not attentive to anyone. Doesn't look customers in the eye, provides minimal service, hell, we had to ask the support staff to bring us chopsticks for food we had delivered to us 10 minutes ago, which grew cold. He never checked in on us, and we were charged 20% gratuity since we were 12 people. I don't mind auto-gratuity, but when the service is nonexistent, it really doesn't sit well. Overall it was a good experience, but the service is the deciding factor of anyone one of us 12 returning. Really unfortunate service from our waiter, other support staff seemed really nice, but he wasn't in charge of taking care of us, sadly. We were thoroughly ignored. Again, food was good, but service was so poor that this review is mainly negative. Edit: to top is off, delivered the wrong food twice, we cancelled our pork belly buns because they took too long/he ordered mala buns for us instead. Another addition: charged us twice for sea salt cream that we didn't order, and tried to say that we did order it.

The food is delicious! Definitely recommend the bbq chicken fried rice and sweet and sour pork. Seating area is more so just for waiting for pickup. No sit down and eat since tables are stacked up. This is one of the handful of American Chinese restaurants that stood the test of time. As is typical of these places, there was an old lady manning the counter and also acting as the server. We got a couple of dishes and they came out at lightning speed. * Chowmein-3/5- delicious with lots of umami flavor but shockingly greasy. I mean I am used to oily noodles but this one exceeded some limits. *crispy salt and pepper eggplant-3/5- I had a stellar version of this dish at another restaurant in Sunnyvale and was stoked when I saw this on the menu here. Unfortunately it was a poor representation of the dish I loved there. The batter was too much and the dish felt heavy.
