I paid $29 for this Nasty Durian... Ri 6 gi ma ghe qua
Vivian N.

I'm sorry but I think you guy should check where and which distributor you get from. These Durian is RI 6 suppose to be good. I bought esle where so good... but the one I bought from you guy so heavy and all bad inside. DURIAN meat contain too much water and doesn't taste line anything ( all go to the trash) You shouldn't sell these kind of fruits to customers. Because I will never come back to shop at your store again. Cause I know your products are not good

This small awesome shop always have great tropical fruits!

If you're looking for interesting or rare fruits, you have to go to an Asian grocery store! This is an old stomping ground for me. Anytime I have a craving for tropical fruits like mangos, mangosteen, cherimoya, jackfruits, etc., this is one of the places that guarantees to have what I am looking for! The fruits are fresh and farm. The prices are much cheaper compared to American markets. It's unbelievable price comparison. For fruits and veggies, this shop is top notch. As for social distance... sorry folks... that does NOT exist. So be aware and be safe. Wash your fruits and enjoy, my fellow Yelper!

Sweet Hawaiian Papaya

I'm never disappointed when I shop at this little family owned store. The meat, fish, produce, and tropical fruits are always fresh. The prices for mango, papaya, jack fruit, guava, Durian, Logans and Lychees to name a few are better than Santa Ana prices. The shop is small so you have to practice patience, because there are so many people that shop here the lines can get really long. Michelle is the store Manager and is always helpful if I need anything. I think it's tough to balance a long line, demanding shoppers and get product out the door. This is my go to market when I want fresh produce and good prices. The pictures are of fresh fruit I picked up to prepare for Tet 2020.

Interesting place to get your Asian fruit, they are volume seller, most of the time you will get good quality and less pricy direct imported Asian fruit. Place looks a bit dirty but that's not uncommon for these kind of stores. A buck each for the big mango

T&T T&T market cheated visitors to go to the market, so check your reciep again without losing money.

Sell Lots of Asian fruits. Great service. The ambiance is noise and crowded. But they gave lots of food to chose from.

Didn't think…read moreI'd be able to find any more until I went back overseas, but lo and behold this wonderful store has fresh soursop. I kind of laughed when I read the reviews from the people that bought fruit that they thought wasn't good. Any person that buys fruit from any store needs to check it before they buy it. That my friend is standard practice. The store was very helpful, identified level of ripeness in the different fruit we purchased so we knew how many days each one was likely to need to complete ripening before we ate it. Thank you for the wonderful service of bringing fruits around the world to our location!

Service was disappointing, mainly due to one of the staff members (she's the owner I think). I…read moreinitially bought a box of xoài Thái "ngọt" with 9 mangoes for $35. A few days later, I came back to buy more, but they didn't have the smaller boxes available. The staff suggested I buy a larger box instead with 13 mangoes for $52, so I agreed. One of the mangoes in the box looked old, so I asked if it could be swapped for another. She refused and said they don't allow switching. I told her I wouldn't buy it then, but the cashier stepped in and kindly offered to switch it for me. She was the only pleasant part of the experience. The pricing also didn't make sense. The larger box actually costs more per mango than the smaller one, which was surprising. On top of that, in both purchases, at least one mango was not the advertised xoài Thái "ngọt" but instead a different type, xoài hạt lép. It feels misleading, like they are mixing in cheaper mangoes to cut costs. Overall, not an honest experience and the inconsistent service made it worse.

They have a super cute little farm stand selling produce, jams, syrups, and a few knickknacks. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Cosentino's also offers classes and events among the fruit trees and flower gardens. I went for a beginner's watercolor class on a warm spring afternoon. Shaded by fruit trees, about 20 of us sat at a long table decorated with fresh-cut ranunculus flowers and learned to paint tulips (very badly in my case!) from a local artist. It was a really sweet way to spend a couple of hours and remember back when orchards were the life blood of the Santa Clara Valley. The farm features heirloom fruit varieties and picks them ripe, so I'll definitely go back in the summer for stone fruits and berries. It was a little early in the season for a good selection when I went.

It closed after a number of years and was very much missed by the community. The current family farm is set up in the farm stand style in the middle of a neighborhood. Back in the day, the woke area was dominated by orchards. Today, it is dominated by single family homes. Support your local community and do your shopping here for fruits and vegetables grown in the premises available seasonally.

I appreciated how Veggielution has posted videos showing how and where to enter the property. Staff explained the instructions thoroughly and handed out gloves. It was a hot day so I was thankful that the event was under a shed and the food packing itself was straightforward and not very strenuous. We filled the boxes with fruits and vegetables assembly line style and then stacked them all up. With our big group, we finished packing 725 produce boxes in about 90 minutes. Some of us also helped remove weeds around the shed using hands + shovels. At the end, one of the employees gave us a guided tour of the farm which was super fun! He talked about the different events they host - on Saturdays there is a Farmer's Market and youth garden for little kids. The farm is huge, so it was cool to look around and learn about their farming practices. Also learned that they offer low-cost fruits and vegetables to the community! Staff was very friendly and efficient! They provided us with all the necessary tools. There were some leftover fruits and vegetables, and volunteers were allowed to take them home which was super nice! Overall, I would definitely volunteer at Veggielution again. Their website is up to date with helpful information which makes the whole volunteer process very easy to navigate. They also host interesting community events that I would recommend checking out!
