I bought the package of 3 because I am attending a wedding in a few weeks and wanted to try the tan first to make sure it was not going to make me orange. I was very pleased! I have excess skin from a big weight loss and Anisa never made me feel uncomfortable. My husband and I had been clients there for years. One day one of the girls asked me if I heard heard abou the body wrap. I got very interested on the treatment because it seemed miraculous. I love body treatments so I told her I would love to try one session but she immediatly started showing all the deals I could do if I registered for a membership. She got a paper and wrote down a price, then scratched that, answered many calls, went to take people out from tanning, made another offer and finally said she had a great deal. I was going to travel for an undefined period of time so I told her I could NOT commit to a membership. SHE EXPLICITALY told me that the price was for the first three months deal (it was the minimum you had to do). That AFTER THAT I COULD renew if I liked it. On the paper it was saying it was automatically but she said I didn't have to worry because she would take care of it before it renewed. I accepted and signed the paper, AND TRUSTED HER. I had the right to do 2 sessions per month (total of six) but as I was going to travel she told me I could do all every other day. I was not able to do what was supposed to be the last session so I called more than 24 hours before and told them, the girls said I could do it whenever I came back. As I did not want to continue the treatment I ended not going to do was supposed to be "my last session". As I had used a card that we rarely use, and one year after for my surprise she had subscribed me for montly payments. We reached to the manager explained the situation and he told my husband I was lying and that that was not right. WAS RUDE and clearly not a person that cares for their clients. Specially the old ones. IT OBVIOUS that If I had subscribed for a body treatment I would be going taking advantage of my subscription, or I WOULD have canceled right. NEVER GOING BACK THERE and will never refer to anyone else! read more

Overall I have loved going to 360 Tans. The spray tans are amazing and they work so hard to find the right color and shade for you depending on your undertones and desire of how dark you want to go. The tan itself has lasts me over a week and I shower daily. I've continuously used them before big trips and events and end up looking flawless! I never had an issue, but they have a super strict late policy and weren't able to spray me because I was 7 minutes late to my appointment, which was their last one before closing. Nope. Store was nice but I dont think I would recommend A SPRAY TAN here. I had a groupon and my sister and I have never had a spray tan like this before. The shop was nice and clean. The employees were cute and bubbly and made my 38 year old self comfortable. The girls told me what shade may look good for my fair complexion. I felt excited but I wasnt warned to use a lotion and my palms, wrists and feet are orange and I dont feel that the rest of the color on my body looks natural. Icky. Just skip it. Staff is less then impressive and service is quite terrible. "Policy" changes constantly and they always blame it on former employees, super professional.
