I even emailed them before the appointment to fill out my forms and they were sent promptly. My actual session with Anne was so amazing. She asked if the pressure and temp were ok. In the end she asked if I had any questions and I told her she did this thing on my back where it felt like she was popping little jelly balls. Alex takes the time before the massage to go over any ailments you may have and goes over possible massage approaches that may help. For example, I experience frequent headaches/migraines, so he did some facial massage work. We also did some breathing techniques during the course of the 90 minutes.
