I was VERY nervous and actually embarrassed to have my colon cleansed. I've suffered from stomach issues for years and it has gotten progressively worse. I have to laugh at ppl's remarks and reviews. So I personally think the owner is fantastic at what she does! I bought a package off Groupon and I've had 2 sessions so far and scheduled for a 3rd. What I thought would have been embarrassing, ended up being put at ease with compassion and everyday normal conversation. Its disappointing that other people in these reviews can take conversation to a whole new level! I scheduled a hydro colon therapy session and was beyond anxious. Much to my relief Kelly was funny, welcoming and made my visit more than comfortable. She was professional and knowledgeable. She explained the whole process THOROUGHLY using humor and jokes to lighten the mood. During the treatment she explained what was going on and what I would/ should be feeling and what I should be doing all while keeping side conversation light and humorous. I have been struggling with severe stomach issues for almost two years now with little to know help from my MD. She (my personal MD) would just prescribe me endless prescriptions and actually advised me AGAINST during this procedure. I could not be more happy with the results! After ONE session my stomach was flatter, my appetite is back, I'm no longer nauseous and I'm now REGULAR. I'm looking forward to my next session, not only to see what kind of progress it will bring, but I look forward to seeing Kelly's smiling face and listening to her crack jokes . DO NOT GO HERE!! I have never experienced unprofessionalism to this extent. This "Dr." If you want to call her that was outside smoking prior to my appointment. Her office called me an hour and a half before my appointment time to cancel my appointment because I did not complete the intake form. This was 100% my error for not seeing the email. I completed it as quickly as I could and apparently incorrectly. I marked that I had Covid symptoms and contact etc. When I got to the office- I saw the doctor smoking. Then, she looks up my info and tells me- you have to leave. Confused as to why- I'm informed I marked I had Covid symptoms. I attempted to explain to her that was marked in error. Every word I tried to get in was spoken over by this "Dr". I attempted to get up and leave the office and this "Dr. Kelly" puts her hand on my arm and attempts to push me out of her office. A police report was filed against her. You can be frustrated with a patient and a conversation but it is NEVER okay to put your hands on a patient. Ironic enough she tells me even if my form was in error- she cannot correct this. If she really thought I had Covid- she would be touching my arm and pushing me? I cannot believe this woman is allowed to practice anything!!! Please save your money. She is a fraud. read more

I've been there several times the first time was the Best bc she was very nice and informative ! N thought I was white. The second time I went back she said I couldn't use a Groupon, only oneGroupon. I sent about 4 ppl to her. I waited about a year or so , an figured I'd buy a 3 pack I did made n appointment n she ended up taking away 1 of my sessions. She says I missed and Appt.in 2017.... N there's no freebies ..... Oh And She wanted to know "What made me come here?" I said "I saw it on Groupon" she said "No what made you come here from PR?" I said I was born in Brooklyn. I felt very uncomfortable the last time n instead of her closing my large intestine she opened it n my treatment was painful!She didn't let me turn to a comfortable position like my first visit... Bc I didn't get that package??!!She thought Puerto Rican's have a Green card! We are US citizens! BTW every time I've gone I paid for my visits I didn't and never was expecting anything for free!! I am only choosing 1 star because I can't put zero. I got a groupon for this place and I never even got to use it. They gave me the runaround for 3 weeks about setting up an appointment (by which point Groupon told me I couldn't get a refund). Finally I get one set and when the day came at last, it was during the snowstorm and it got canceled. I called the next day and was pleased to get in only a couple of weeks later. On that day, as I was driving over for my 3pm appointment, I get a call from them informing me that they had me down for 2 pm and now I missed my massage. I don't get out of work until 2:25, so I never would have made the appointment for 2. They asked who made the appointment, but if course I don't recall. I was then told I had to call back after 7pm to try and speak to the manager about this. I hate to be out 40 bucks, but at that point, I didn't want them touching me. Their service may actually be good, but good luck getting to it. Scam artists! read more
