So right off, it appears as if they assume you are looking for a specific doctor, not trying to get initial help from one that's available. when you press a number corresponding to one of the secretaries and, instead of talking to a secretary, you get another recorded message telling you to leave a message and they will contact you within 24 hours. I didn't have a specific doctor in mind, so I left a message with one of them. They did call be back within 24 hours and the secretary was polite and helpful. I was able to work out an arrangement for an appointment.

My experience could not have gone any better... from the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was super welcoming and pleasant. I was scheduled to arrive at 3:30 and didn't have to wait at all.. I was immediately taken in the back area. My pre prep work was done my Brianna, a lovely young woman that put me at ease, explained every aspect of the process. Gave me my IV and prepped me for the procedure. It didn't take long before they brought me into the procedure room. I met Dr. Sharam who was amazing along with Moe, Joey and Shelly that helped out. I never felt a thing, I was somewhat awake but really not remember anything. It only took about 15 mins. My recovery nurse Nicole was super friendly and made sure to get me a drink and stayed with me as I fully woke up. Happy to say no issues or polyps so I'm good for years!

You can book online (love it), but they ask you to call to make an appointment if you've never been. They got back to me the same day and were able to get me in the next day! I had Aaron as my massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me comfortable right off the bat. We chatted briefly before my session and went over any issues I was dealing with. Instead of giving me the same old boring massage, he actually listened to me and concentrated on my trouble areas. He had a heated table, which i love even in the summer because i am always cold and he had soothing music playing in ther background. I don't treat myself very often, but I will come back to this establishment. I also like the note the owner has on the Yelp page, you can tell they really care about what they do and truly want to help their clients feel better. Thank you Aaron and Hurts So Good!

The massage therapist was amazingly professional and made sure that everything went well. She was mindful and present during the massage. She took her time massaging what needed more work than other places on my body. In some other massage places, sometimes I feel the rush by the therapist, either because they were running late, or have too many customers on thier schedule, maybe? My therapist (Julia) made me feel that she enjoys and loves her job! I Would definitely go back again.

Your only as good as your weakest link. The recover nurse (long red hair) was the worst I've ever…read moreencountered. My wife went for a routine colonoscopy. The procedure was right on schedule and went well. The recovery nurse yelled at my wife, if you don't keep your eyes open you can't go home. That was pretty much the only time she gave my wife and attention. She came back to do the final vitals to release her and asked if she'd gotten orange juice. Which was a NO. She press the button on the machine and said "i'll be right back" 10 minutes later she came back and pressed the button again. Leaves the room again saying I have to get the paperwork. The machine cycles at least 3 times and the same code came up and at least another 5 minutes goes by. I told her may be if she stayed and watched it. Meaning adjust the cuff figure out why it wasn't working. She then tell me that she's been doing this for 12 years and you don't have to watch them. She then takes it off and say well I'm going to write in the chart that you wanted to leave so there was no reading. I was PISSED at this point cause there was attitude coming out of her in all directions. I told her I wanted her to do her job and make sure my wife was healthy enough to leave. She starts telling how she NEVER puts the cuff on the arm with the IV, making it sound like if was my fault if the IV "blew out". She then literally bends over and taking a closer look at the cuff and say. "I'm watching it". The technician that was on duty came out and ask her she wanted her to take over. She seemed nice enough and told me to knock on the door if there was any further issue. When the technician was talking with red haired nurse. The nurse said loud enough, so I could hear. Go ahead and let him make a complaint. 2/13/2023 1:30 appointment with Dr. Claudia Hriesik Dave B.
