He is professional, attentive, caring and very personable. His treatments have been extremely helpful and his encouragement and guidance keeps you motivated! I have seen Chris a number of times also. He is a great Chiropractor whom I recommend frequently, (along with recommending John). He has helped me out a number of times. I have gone to Bill for a massage quite a lot in past years. His attentiveness to you and what ails you (so that he can help out) is terrific. I've gone to other massage therapists and when I leave I'm in worse pain (sometimes for days) afterwards. Not with Bill! I have left there feeling great more times than I can count. I have been treated by some of the other staff a number of times and have nothing bad to say about any of them. Alice, Sue and the other ladies there are so sweet and always greet you with a smile. Even on the phone you can hear their smile. The business is always clean, tidy and welcoming. All in all, this is a great business who really cares (and helps) their patients!

And I mean nothing... the stylist was really nice though. As I looked around the stylist was using an old..Old red brush on my hair...I was mortified. There was some trash left put on the counter ahead of me along with debris of some sort and her own brush and ponytail laying with hair in it on the table too. Now how about the hair dye that swept across my cheek that she didnt notice the first hour..glad i wasnt going our to dinner after.I wasn't offered a magazine to look at till I asked for one at the end during the last process...I was there two and a half hours. And altho again she was very sweet, her appearance was rather unprofessional. Lastly I spend $100 to get a cut color and highlights and I left without a style..just a half done blowdry. My roots were still very damp and it was 10 degrees outside...no curling iron. No flat iron.. no style. The place sells everything under the sun like purses and airfresheners...yes airfresheners. Probably the most unprofessional place I've really ever been in. Nice people.. but that's it. Seriously. I spent $100 and I wasn't impressed by any means. Nope. Not going back.. Arrived at appointment and Kanoa took the time to explain all massage options and discuss which might be the best option for me based on my needs. They offer Orthopedic, CranioSacral, Accu-Roller, Reiki, and Scar tissue management and more for options. You can tell that staff have been highly educated and make you feel comfortable in their presence. The room was a nice temperature and large space to move around freely. The 60 min massage was tailored to my needs exactly. I chose the Orthopedic type massage and had wonderful benefits that I noticed immediately and for weeks following. I cannot wait to reschedule another service. Following my initial appointment I was given a very nice take home wellness pack and received a very nice hand written thank you card and email follow-up in the weeks following - which was such a nice, personal touch.
