I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness that they all had particularly for older patients. Absolutely great hard working staff that knows how to entertain their patients. Very relaxed, fun atmosphere and most importantly my back pain was gone by the time I've done all the recommended sessions. My therapist is knowledgeable, has a great spirit and always helped the intern that was working with me. I was always challenged every session and felt the progress! I've never had to go for physical therapy before…read more I had severe pain in my shoulder that I've been dealing with for years, finally it got so bad and my wife was nagging me so much that I went to the doctor and the doctor told me that he was going to have me do some physical therapy and if that didn't work they would have to do an operation and shoulder replacement. I started my physical therapy and within a few weeks I could start seeing a difference and feeling a difference with so much less pain. I kept up with the exercises they told me to do at home and went a couple times a week for most weeks over a six-week period. Dr. Peyton and Jillian were wonderful because they worked with me specifically but the whole staff was extremely friendly and I almost felt bad when I wouldn't be going back anymore. I went back for my follow-up with my doctor at Batavia sports medicine and she was amazed with my recovery. They put me through several test and measured range of motion etc. and determined that I have about 90 to 95% of my range of motion back and I am almost pain-free. Remember, I had been in terrible pain for years before this and now I'm almost pain-free, this is just an incredible feeling and I don't have to have a shoulder replacement operation. I'm not working I was shot in the chest and attempted robbery while I was working so I am on workers comp I'm barely paying the bills and you guys have no mercy or don't give a s*** about anything besides collecting your money the owners are heartlessness......
