The front desk secretaries are very friendly, and helpful with scheduling and processing payments. If you arrive early, you can pay an extra $5 on top of your copay to sit in a massage chair to help loosen you up before your adjustment. You get automatic text reminders a few days before and the day of your appointment. I see Dr. Susie, and she is wonderful. Dr. Susie is a good listener, and tries a lot of techniques to make sure your body gets what it needs including cupping, graston, etc. I am thankful for my weekly appointments to help fight against stress, pain, and the things that pull my body out of alignment.
