He and his team are all highly skilled, and incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had been suffering from debilitating low back pain and sciatica (down BOTH of my legs), as well as constantly tight and burning traps. Within a few weeks of upper cervical care, not only was I aware that my body was healing in significant ways, other things were changing that I hadn't even realized weren't working properly, and that I had no idea had anything to do with chiropractic; I was sleeping better, I was thinking more clearly, my anxiety was gone, my digestion had improved (I had a number of food sensitivities), and my allergies, which were getting fairly severe, went away completely. He offers some incredibly reasonable payment options, so that is never a concern at this office. I have since had to move, but remain under regular upper cervical care to keep my life on the good track Dr. Ed got it on, and I NEVER visit Rochester without popping in to his office to get checked and recharged by the awesome energy Dr. Ed and his team radiate. He was able to get me on the path to corrective care and prevent further damage. My back used to "go out" so bad that I could not stand up. I'd fall to the floor in excruciating pain. I'd be stuck on the floor for hours. Trying to move at all was extremely painful. I went for an initial consultation, and he said he felt he could help my issues even though it was an old injury. He was right. I finally got relief, and my back never gets so bad that I can't stand up or walk. Since I started going to him, I no longer have chronic ear infections, TMJ pain, migraines, and dizziness. At one point, I was having issues with one of my knees, and he was able to fix that. He does tendon work and muscle release, which most chiropractors do not do. He looks at the whole body and determines what adjustment you need. He corrected scoliosis with a series of regular adjustments in one of my kids. The other kid complained of hip pain which was resolved with an adjustment. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. VanZeilen's chiropractic skill and care for his patients. His adjustment techniques address the problem and are based on what you need, not a one size fits all adjustment. At one point, I suffered a herniated disc. Dr. VanZeilen was able to help me. It healed up, and I did not need surgery. He cured me of the terrible migraines I suffered for years after a fall. That's reason enough to see him. We moved away for about a year, and one of the deciding factors in moving back was Dr. VanZeilen. We could not find anyone that provided this type of care elsewhere. Go see him. You won't regret it!

My daughter was diagnosed with a tongue tie at birth, but we didn't start noticing issues until she was about three weeks old. By four weeks, we made the difficult decision to have her tongue tie clipped with the help of a lactation specialist. After the procedure, my daughter struggled to latch and breastfeed. I felt defeated and questioned whether I had made the right decision. That's when I reached out to Rochester Family Chiropractic--and I'm incredibly grateful they were able to get us in to see Dr. Kelsey Pierce. Dr. Pierce provided outstanding support and care. Over the next few weeks, she worked with my daughter to strengthen her oral muscles and release built-up tension in her body--two key factors that significantly improved her ability to breastfeed successfully. One of the things I really appreciate about Dr. Pierce is how thoroughly she explains each adjustment and exercise, along with the reasoning behind them.
