One visit to Dr. Nick Prosser, and I was fixed in a little over 48 hours. It was a miracle! I am so grateful to Proactive Chiropractic for their friendliness and for the great work they do. If my muscles/bones are ever out of whack again, I am confident that the doctors at Proactive will be able to help me. Definitely go visit them!

He was able to get me on the path to corrective care and prevent further damage. My back used to "go out" so bad that I could not stand up. I'd fall to the floor in excruciating pain. I'd be stuck on the floor for hours. Trying to move at all was extremely painful. I went for an initial consultation, and he said he felt he could help my issues even though it was an old injury. He was right. I finally got relief, and my back never gets so bad that I can't stand up or walk. Since I started going to him, I no longer have chronic ear infections, TMJ pain, migraines, and dizziness. At one point, I was having issues with one of my knees, and he was able to fix that. He does tendon work and muscle release, which most chiropractors do not do. He looks at the whole body and determines what adjustment you need. He corrected scoliosis with a series of regular adjustments in one of my kids. The other kid complained of hip pain which was resolved with an adjustment. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. VanZeilen's chiropractic skill and care for his patients. His adjustment techniques address the problem and are based on what you need, not a one size fits all adjustment. At one point, I suffered a herniated disc. Dr. VanZeilen was able to help me. It healed up, and I did not need surgery. He cured me of the terrible migraines I suffered for years after a fall. That's reason enough to see him. We moved away for about a year, and one of the deciding factors in moving back was Dr. VanZeilen. We could not find anyone that provided this type of care elsewhere. Go see him. You won't regret it!

Roc Family Chiro I…read morerecently brought my newborn daughter to Rochester Family Chiropractic to see Dr. Kelsey Pierce. My daughter was diagnosed with a tongue tie at birth, but we didn't start noticing issues until she was about three weeks old. By four weeks, we made the difficult decision to have her tongue tie clipped with the help of a lactation specialist. After the procedure, my daughter struggled to latch and breastfeed. I felt defeated and questioned whether I had made the right decision. That's when I reached out to Rochester Family Chiropractic--and I'm incredibly grateful they were able to get us in to see Dr. Kelsey Pierce. Dr. Pierce provided outstanding support and care. Over the next few weeks, she worked with my daughter to strengthen her oral muscles and release built-up tension in her body--two key factors that significantly improved her ability to breastfeed successfully. One of the things I really appreciate about Dr. Pierce is how thoroughly she explains each adjustment and exercise, along with the reasoning behind them. She also taught me exercises to do at home to maintain our progress between visits. Thanks to Dr. Pierce's patience, guidance, and exceptional care, I'm happy to say that we're still breastfeeding at 4.5 months--and I truly don't think that would have been possible without her.

To be honest, if he tried to sell me something, I'd buy it without hesitation because I trust his opinion so much. He takes his time with every patient and best of all, he doesn't forcibly crack your neck at all! Dawn is also great and sends text reminders before every appointment. I do find that I usually have to a longer wait time in the afternoons after work than if I go earlier in the day. Even when I've had to wait 45 minutes, I don't mind it because I know I'm going to be feeling better after I leave.

I am brand new to his practice and left my first appointment feeling my first glimmer of hope with regards to my back and neck issues. Poor experiences from chiropractors in the past almost kept me from going to see him. He spent close to two hours with me at the tail end of his already long day. In my first visit alone, I left there sore, but woke up this morning with some actual symptom relief. I can't thank I'm him, nor can I recommend him any higher. I am a healthcare professional (RN- emergency and peri anesthesia), and would not make this recommendation otherwise. Please try him!!! You honestly have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
