Alex was my massage therapist and he was very professional and courteous. This wasn't the regular run-of-the-mill massage (they get boring and monotonous!). Alex takes the time before the massage to go over any ailments you may have and goes over possible massage approaches that may help. For example, I experience frequent headaches/migraines, so he did some facial massage work. We also did some breathing techniques during the course of the 90 minutes. The heat of the hot rocks was a nice addition and really soothed my muscles. I walked out of there feeling better than I have in weeks. He also takes the time to talk to you after the massage to tell you what he noticed during it, and what to do different to feel better in daily life. She practices a variety of techniques, and is terrific at communicating with her clients. She is able to sense which areas need more attention, and she is really good at what she does.
