The office is located at the corner of Long Pond and English Roads, and shares space with other businesses. There is a small stairwell to climb to get to the office, and they are appointment only. Ashley is a caring practitioner, asking about any medical issues and what areas you'd like to focus on during your massage. I saw her this past weekend for a 90 minute lavender sugar scrub massage, which was as relaxing as it sounds. I actually drifted off during it. She worked out some extreme tension in my neck and shoulders, and though I was slightly sore the next day in those areas, I feel fantastic now! I am truly thankful for Balanced Massage Therapy on this #ThankYouThursday.

Healing Hands Spa: This was my first visit to Healing Hands Spa, and I had a wonderful experience…read more Booking an appointment was very easy, and the location is convenient, with good parking. I tried the traditional 60-minute massage. I didn't get a chance to try the hot stones, but I noticed they are available. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. After the massage, they offered complimentary drink options that were not limited to bottled water. That was a very nice touch. One thing I thought was unique, and absolutely enjoyed, was being able to choose the music during the massage. They have Alexa available, so you can ask it to play whatever type of music you like. I chose reggae jazz, which created an almost island-style mood for the appointment. In all the years I've treated myself to massages, this was the first time I had experienced that. I highly recommend Healing Hands Spa.

I cannot recommend Julia highly enough!…read more From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed--not just as another appointment on the schedule, but as a valued client. The office is beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean, and immediately puts you at ease. Parking is easy, making the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. What truly sets Julia apart is her incredible skill and personalized approach. She doesn't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" massage. She takes the time to listen, understand what your body needs, and tailors every session accordingly. As a single mother of two young children, I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back. Those stubborn knots had been causing me daily discomfort, and Julia knew exactly how to target those problem areas while still giving attention to the rest of my body. I left feeling lighter, more mobile, and with a level of relief I honestly hadn't experienced in quite some time. It's rare to find someone who combines exceptional technical expertise with such genuine kindness and professionalism. You can immediately tell that Julia is passionate about helping people feel their best, and it shows in every aspect of her work. If you're considering booking a massage or stretch session, don't hesitate. Whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from stress, or simply looking to invest in your well-being, Julia is absolutely the person to see. I already know I'll be back--and I couldn't recommend her more enthusiastically.
