My friend recommended we grab dinner here since it is one of his favorite spots in the Belltown area. I met my boyfriend and our friend there. Our group of three did not have to wait to be seated since it wasn't that busy on a Thursday night. After perusing the menu for a few minutes, I noticed the prices of the items were definitely on the more expensive side. I decided to order one of the bento boxes on their menu, the Shogun Bento., which is served with both the Chicken Katsu and your choice of teriyaki chicken. I opted for the regular, non-spicy teriyaki chicken. It was a filling meal for sure. The portions were reasonable.

I have had plenty of these cookie doughs from various pop ups, and to be honest, I am not really a huge fan of the cookie dough itself due to the texture (it feels like I am eating straight sugar) and it was way too sweet. However, the ice cream (even though it is still sweet) made huge improvements to the cookie dough texture and mellows out the sugary spike so I was able to enjoy the dessert overall.

A Seattle dog is a quintessential food item while visiting Seattle. I am happy to say the Dog In The Park Seattle Dog lived up to my expectations. There are loads of toppings to choose from, too, but the young man serving up the dogs recommended just plain for the first time to really get the classic experience. The guy working was pretty efficient and accommodated our request of no cream cheese. Overall, it filled a craving, but I wouldn't say I'm running back to get another one.

As I walked closer and saw the logo I just HAD TO stop! I have always heard of the Indian/Chinese fusion aka "IndoChinese" hype, but never tried it. Well, it's definitely more hype than anything else. The limited menu items were a bit underwhelming, but perhaps it just didn't appeal to me at the time. I love Haaka Noodles, so I opted for that, with veggies. All in all, it was just okay. I enjoyed the flavor and subtle spicy kick, but overall, it was just plain noodles and undercooked/crunchy onions. Meh. I probably wouldn't go again, to this particular food truck - it was also overpriced, in my opinion (great portion size though). But, I am glad that I stopped, because how else would I know, right?! I also thought it was a little strange that they did not accept cash. Maybe that's a thing now for food trucks, I don't know. The service was pleasant, although neither one of the gentleman (who took my order and my payment) spoke much English. So, they struggled, A LOT, answering a few menu questions before I ordered.

At the time there were not a ton of people eating in person, and the seating area appeared quite cozy and comfortable, but we opted to take it to go. When finally eating, I started with the potato/raisin dish which was great. Everything else was equally good.
