The restaurant is now serving Pakistani cuisine, and everything we tried was outstanding. Even though we arrived just before closing, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and never felt rushed. We tried the Mixed Grill, the Sindhi Fried Fish, and the naan, and every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You know how some restaurants lose a step late in the evening? Not here. The oil in the soup clung to the sides of my paper bowl in visible white chunks because it was cold :( Additionally, while the flavor of the broth was nice and deep, it was extremely over salted. And I am someone who tends to eat food on the saltier side. I'm not sure why it was so oversalted, because it wasn't even so that the food in the broth would be "perfect"-- even the plain noodles in the broth were overseasoned by the broth. After some testing, the ratio to make it "salty but not overseasoned" was to add 40-50% more water (so that it was a 2:1 ratio of broth to water). Did they expect me to add 40% of hot water to make it an actual soup? Unclear. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. It cost about $20 for a very cold bowl of soup that was a little inedible to drink. I'll enjoy the leftover broth after adding more water and reboiling it, but I was very sad about what happened.

You can tell each dish is made with care. The team here is thoughtful and welcoming, and they make sure you have everything you need without ever making you feel rushed.
