The ambiance is very Bollywood-themed, which adds a fun touch, and the seating is comfortable too. The work group selected Fusion during one of our in office days. None of us had been to Fusion yet and we've talked as a group about it for months. We walked in and were greeted by the brightly colored decor and friendly staff. We sat ourselves and were brought water and menus. From the large variety on the menu it was hard to choose. One of my coworkers and I decided to try the Butter Chicken Sliders. We didn't wait long for our meals to be served up. Each one looking like a piece of art. The Butter Chicken Sliders were delectable as were the curly fries served with spicy ketchup and a side of raita. Right amount of spice, savory and sweet. We ordered the Masala Pasta, Paneer dog, and Mango Lassi. Masala Pasta ($18 for paneer) - I had low expectations for this, but it was incredible. Very cheesy and it comes with lots of sauce (got the tikka masala but they also offer alfredo). The extra sauce pairs nicely with the garlic naan. Was meeting a friend for lunch near work and saw this place. Didn't realize it was there till I was trying to decide where to meet. my friend said she had been a couple of times and enjoyed the meal. Was greeted immediately upon entering and seat. I would say if uou are a zero or no star person on spice you should check to see if they can adjust the spice. It was just right for my friend and I, but think it would be too spicy for someone that can't handle spice. Space is bright with natural light and painted lively. Welcoming space with a good number of tables. Water glasses were kept filled. My friend had the paneer curry, and we spilt the Chilly Chicken Momo, fried dumplings in a chili sauce. This was a very saucy dish we thought the fried dumplings may hold up better have the sauce on the side. i had the vegetable birayani which I really enjoyed had zucchini, cauliflower and believe okra or beans. I personally requested from the server with long hair their recommendation for a meal without bones in it, when it arrived I was very joyous only to find out that after taking a few bites and almost breaking all my teeth that there were multiple bones in the dish!!! My husband and I have yet to find a good option for Indian food since moving to Seattle--until we tried Fusion. The food is AMAZING! You can tell that every dish is made with so much care and detail. I ordered the chicken biryani, which was full of flavor with a kick to it. My husband ordered the butter chicken, but the owner told us to order the chicken changezi because it was "butter chicken but better." He was SO right! I don't think you can go wrong with what you order here. If you live in the area or you're visiting Seattle, you will not be disappointed. Stopped in right at opening (11am) and ordered the chicken thali, veggie thali, and samosas. The samosas were fine--serviceable but not memorable. The naan, however, was a hard pass; I actually spat it out. On the brighter side, the chana masala was better than average, and the chicken tikka masala had tender pieces and solid flavor. Unfortunately, the chicken in one of the other entrées was tough and unpleasant. Service missed the mark: when I asked what items were on the thali today, I was told "whatever the chef decided," with no effort to check. Ambiance was pleasant... except for the TV broadcasting a loop of murders and muggings during lunch. Not exactly the vibe. I'm shocked at all the ratings for this place, it's by far one of the worst Indian / Indian Fusion places I have tried in over 8 countries. Service was very slow, all tables were filled but it's not that large, there was the look of sheer confusion on the staffs face for about an hour. My table was never cleared and I had to walk to the register to get my check. So take off one star for that, the others are for the food. The lamb korma was tough, the sauce itself was good. The aloo sliders were bland until you hit the sauce, then I think I got what they were trying to do, just not enough sauce. I question even if this place has a real tandoor oven as the naan bread came out undercooked and zero char as one would expect from being slapped on the side of the oven. I had a stellar experience just the other day. I had the Korma with shrimp. It was amazing, and just slightly spicy which is hard to find in a Korma. Usually the yogurt and other spices drown it out. On August 22, 2025, I placed a pickup order for samosas from Fusion Bistro, which we collected. Upon serving the food at a small gathering, several guests immediately noticed that the samosas were spoiled. I contacted the restaurant right away to report the issue and requested either a refund or a replacement delivery. Initially, they denied any problem with the food quality. Later, they offered to provide fresh samosas only if I placed a new order through DoorDash or come and return spoiled items. I agreed to return spoiled samosa and asked for additional $20 as I had to make a arrangement to reach there in late in evening leaving my party which I hosted, but they ultimately refused to honor this . As a result, I received neither safe food nor a refund.We had all call recordings placed which soon will send to food department if required. This incident raises serious concerns about the restaurant's food safety and handling practices. read more

This may very well be the best Indian restaurant in downtown Seattle to date that I have experienced. What's shown in the picture is the non-vegetarian thaali. Every dish was amazing, spiced perfectly and well balanced. The taste is very authentic and portion size is perfectly sized for good satisfying meal. While there are other Indian restaurants in downtown - for the atmosphere, service, and delicious food, there is nothing else to beat in this price range. I challenge you to try getting a non-veg thaali that is this good for less than $20 elsewhere. I would happily pay $25 for this thali. Their price is $16. Really $16! If I worked downtown, I would stop here at least once a week. Just walking by near the restaurant, the beautiful aroma just drew me in. Try it, you won't be disappointed. What a happy surprise! Fun, sunny space with good food and good service. Something different so I ordered the paneer dog and liked it a lot. It's sort of like a hot dog without the "dog" and the paneer adds a nice creaminess to the flavors. A moderately sized and perfectly cooked side of curly fries accompanied the "dog".
