This is my first time trying the place

This was amazing! The best fries I've ever had in Seattle. Jam-packed of flavor. Service is direct and efficient. The ambiance is very quiet and subdued. This is what I want from a dining experience in Seattle. Would definitely come here again! Thank you!

Was meeting a friend for lunch near work and saw this place. Didn't realize it was there till I was trying to decide where to meet. my friend said she had been a couple of times and enjoyed the meal. Was greeted immediately upon entering and seat. I would say if uou are a zero or no star person on spice you should check to see if they can adjust the spice. It was just right for my friend and I, but think it would be too spicy for someone that can't handle spice. Space is bright with natural light and painted lively. Welcoming space with a good number of tables. Water glasses were kept filled. My friend had the paneer curry, and we spilt the Chilly Chicken Momo, fried dumplings in a chili sauce. This was a very saucy dish we thought the fried dumplings may hold up better have the sauce on the side. i had the vegetable birayani which I really enjoyed had zucchini, cauliflower and believe okra or beans. Portions were very generous and dishes came out hot. Definitely would visit again nice to have a restaurant offering Indian food near work.

1 of three bones taken out of my food after I personally requested not having bones.

I personally requested from the server with long hair their recommendation for a meal without bones in it, when it arrived I was very joyous only to find out that after taking a few bites and almost breaking all my teeth that there were multiple bones in the dish!!! They were playing the news the whole time, and sadly it was about all the disasters going on around locally. :( :( :(

Paneer Dog

I thought what I ordered was good I got the paneer hotdog. It was paneer bhurji in a hot dog bun with chutney on top. Was good I didn't realize it came with fries so I got masala fries too. Which were very tasty and flavorful The outside area is not very nice with a lot of homeless people outside

Chicken Biryani

My husband and I have yet to find a good option for Indian food since moving to Seattle--until we tried Fusion. The food is AMAZING! You can tell that every dish is made with so much care and detail. I ordered the chicken biryani, which was full of flavor with a kick to it. My husband ordered the butter chicken, but the owner told us to order the chicken changezi because it was "butter chicken but better." He was SO right! I don't think you can go wrong with what you order here. If you live in the area or you're visiting Seattle, you will not be disappointed. The food is so much better than most local spots around, and the family absolutely deserves the business. They've made regular customers out of us and we can't wait to come back!

Delicious Food, amazing service with Arjun and will be back soon because of it. We ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Chengazi, Garlic Naan, Mango Lassi & Gulab jamun.

Good food.

Fabulous! From the service to the mint mojito to the entree dishes, this place was 5 stars. Too bad we don't have one in Portland. Yum.

these samosa were smelling .

On August 22, 2025, I placed a pickup order for samosas from Fusion Bistro, which we collected. Upon serving the food at a small gathering, several guests immediately noticed that the samosas were spoiled. I contacted the restaurant right away to report the issue and requested either a refund or a replacement delivery. Initially, they denied any problem with the food quality. Later, they offered to provide fresh samosas only if I placed a new order through DoorDash or come and return spoiled items. I agreed to return spoiled samosa and asked for additional $20 as I had to make a arrangement to reach there in late in evening leaving my party which I hosted, but they ultimately refused to honor this . As a result, I received neither safe food nor a refund. We had all call recordings placed which soon will send to food department if required. This incident raises serious concerns about the restaurant's food safety and handling practices.

Non vegetarian thaali. Included chicken korma, butter chicken, rajma masala, rice, naan, salad, raita and gulab jamun.

The currys were piping hot and delicious. I've struggled to find great butter masala in Seattle, and taste of India's hit the mark! Not pictured, but their naans are huge. My husband and I each ordered naan, and the amount of rice, curry, and naan was the perfect amount for a full serving of leftovers. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary samosa appetizers and chocolate torte dessert. Ultimately this place is fantastic and we look forward to coming back- would love to come on a summer evening and sit outside on their patio.

so, this place is pretty clearly, and almost objectively so, made exclusively for westerners…read more what i mean by that is that this place serves Indian food that will not attempt to challenge western palettes in any way - rather its goal is to have people walking out with a mildly positive attitude towards the food. if someone were to ask them how the food was, they will say that it's fine and say that indian food is an underrated cuisine. the first indication of this that caught my eye was on the menu, where it was listed that "all spice levels are American standard". The fact that this is on the menu at an *Indian restaurant* is pretty ridiculous, in my opinion. I'll get to the spice levels later The second indication was when the waiter brought out our naan, and said "Here's your naan bread". I almost laughed out loud at this point. Naan bread? Thank god we didn't order chai or he would've said "Here's your chai tea". when we actually got our food, it was as disappointing as I expected Despite the fact that I ordered the 'Hot' spice level (the second highest), this had utterly no spice at all. I know that I have a high spice tolerance, but you know it's not good when other people at my table who have a low tolerance cannot taste any spice whatsoever. I've had hotter dishes ordering the 'Hot' level at American restaurants! In addition to there not being any spice, there was pretty much no flavor at all to the curries. There was just no point to the gravy on both the Jaipuri "Masala" and the Vegetable Kofta, as it both cases it was quite bland and essentially tasted like nothing. The paneer and the kofta were ok - but nothing more than average. Again, the lack of any kind of flavor is just crazy. Our table also got the Biryani, which had decent vegetables but also suffered from a lack of flavor The roti and garlic naan that we got were really hard and difficult to break apart. not very good at all If you're Indian - do not come here - you'll get far better Indian food either a) at home or b) at another place If you're not Indian - I would highly recommend trying another place to actually get a taste of what Indian food is really like. This watered-down version simply isn't it. I would recommend Saffron Grill in Northgate for an example of Indian food done correctly on the positive side, one thing i appreciated about this menu is the customization available for different curries this is especially helpful when it relates to giving options to vegetarians, as it doesn't restrict people who are vegetarian to specific curry options having paneer, vegetables, and tofu options available for each curry is pretty good i also thought the spinach naan was pretty good. out of all the bread we ordered, it was the only naan that managed to be soft, and easy to pull apart the spinach inside tasted pretty good as well the complimentary samosas (although clearly reheated from frozen) and sweet at the end was a decent touch the portion sizes were also decent - the amount of rice that came with the curry was pretty significant

We were really hungry and decided to join them as I've had this spot saved too as the reviews were pretty positive. They were definitely very popular but we were put on the waitlist but I think it would be helpful if they took peoples' numbers as apparently they would just shout it outside. We weren't aware as we went somewhere else to wait as it was very cold. When we arrived, a different employee started cleaning a table for us and we waited but then the employee who did put us down was frustrated with us as he called us and no one of us answered cause we were elsewhere. We weren't sure if we had a spot after that but luckily the employee who was cleaning was done and offered that spot. They also did drop a glass cup after cleaning nearby which was concerning but they did clean it up right away. Once we were seated, it took almost a half an hour to get some to take our order. Luckily we did get our water refilled decently but there were a few times where our empty glasses were seen and ignored. I definitely think there should be staff training as it was non-existent. I understand being busy but you're across the convention center so it should be expected. The music was also so low I didn't know it was even on, they have a loud fan going on and even their TVs have no volume. It's a pretty awkward ambiance, especially with how they try to look like they are a upscale restaurant. It did take some time to get food and it seems like the kitchen was frustrated too as I heard the bell signaling food being ready several times. The food was actually good, especially for the price. The portions are generous. We never had paratha but our friend recommended it so we got the aloo paratha while my boyfriend got their butter masala and I got their tikka masala extra hot. It wasn't really spicy at all, definitely nothing like what I've had at other Indian restaurants. The curries were flavorful with good pieces of chicken. We might return if we need something nearby but there are definitely better options that I would walk for.
