My a/c died. It was 104 degrees outside. Inside house was 85 degrees and rising. 3 Phase was recommended to me from a very satisfied customer. I contacted 3 Phase and they responded. The tech, Jake was wonderful. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Repaired the issue quickly. Even went upstairs into the attic and checked the components there in the attic. I recently discovered my wife preparing to pay another HVAC company a whopping $4500 for services they convinced her were needed. They were recommending that the 4 year old system in my mother-in-laws house needed a cleaning of the duct work, 2 new plenums and an electronic air cleaner. I had a non working AC. I called about 6 am and had an appointment with Jake for the same morning. He fixed the issues and I am now living the cool life once more. Another company came out and wanted to replace my unit for 10K (said it was leaking refrigerant). After Jake fixed the problem and tested the refrigerant, he did not recommend adding as the levels were fine. I am very pleased and surprised at the price for the service! I have used them for the past 7 years for my AC UNIT maintenance checkup for the past 7 years. They were are very reliable and kept us kool all Summer. One summer the condenser went bad the owner came out on a Sunday at 12 noon at 110' and corrected our problem! Our AC UNIT was 18 years old, just hanging on maybe? But we decided with the advice of of service repair man it maybe time to replace it. They came out today and within few hours our AC UNIT has been replaced! They were even able give us 3.5 ton we had the space. So my recommendation will always be 3 Phase Mechanical they know there business, and treat their customers with respect! we purchased a new Rheem hvac from Three Phase Mechanical 5 years ago. Unit worked great the first year. 2 year had a outage they replaced 2 fuses. Next call was for a thermostat improperly installed. They did not install the thermostat. Had it installed because our srp bills were total out of control. Next was the compressor had that replaced which required Freon (not covered by warranty). 2 months after replacing the compressor the motor fan went bad. Now we need to pull the compressor to fix this problem more Freon. What I'm trying to do as a homeowner is find out if possibly this unit was a lemon to start with. my problem with 3 PH is getting in contact with Rheem Co. I called and they reported that their manufacture they purchase from did not sell them this unit. I'm not blaming anyone. Just need some cooperation. Unfortunately there customer service is so worried they have done something wrong they are not willing to help ! By the way Freon cost us almost 900$. read more

We've had 3 Phase Mechanical do annual checkups in the past and replace a bad motor on the unit before. Service has always been great. This year I forgot to schedule for the check up and sure enough the first 100 degree day we come home to an iced up evaporator. I called on Saturday morning and Renee checked and called back that they could have a technician out between 11 and 1 and Robert showed up early. Robert gave us the options and he had us back going in no time. We know at 15 years old we'll have to replace the unit soon but at least it buys us some time to decide which unit to go with in the near future. It's nice to have such a great local company in Apache Junction especially one that the owners are involved in the community also. read more

Last night sometime our upstairs air conditioning stopped working, I checked the outside fuses and found them to be working properly. Our two 18yr old units are at the end of their lives so I feared the worst. I contacted 3 Phase to request service between 12:00 and 3:00PM, Jake the service tech arrived around 1:00PM. Jake asked a few questions about what was going on, we went outside to check the breaker box again and found nothing. Jake climbed into the attic to take a look at the non working unit and quickly discovered the low voltage fuse had blown, he replaced it and the unit was running again 10 minutes after he arrived. I know the two units will need to be replaced soon, but like Jake said lets see if its needs to be first. This is a small company that we have used them 3 times now and they have always done a great job and fixed our issues. I feel they are honest and would recommend them to any of my neighbors. Amazing Company. I noticed, last Saturday evening, that my A/C had stopped working. I called not expecting anyone to answer. I got the voice mail and left a message thinking I would get a call back Monday morning. WRONG!! I got a call back 5 minutes later!! The woman that called expressed an apology that she couldn't get someone out to my home that night (are you kidding me??) but that she would have someone out the following morning by 9:00 AM (again....are you kidding me...on a Sunday morning??) Sure enough, the technician arrived at 8:45 Sunday morning, fixed the issue, and was gone by 9:05AM. WOW!! That is what I call excellent customer service!! read more

Not a good day to have your AC go out, but when is a good day in an AZ summer? So we called a couple of the "big" guys and they said tomorrow...or later! no thank you..I'll be dead by then. So we called 3 Phase at 8:00 and they said between 11 and 1. So at about 10 to 1 they called and said he was on the way and he would be a few minutes after 1 but was on his way. Great relief, I was worried. I know this is a very busy time and that getting someone one the same day is a miracle. He showed up about 5 minutes later and went right to work.....in our attic. Poor kid. Found the problem, didn't try to give us any BS. We Googled it, we had a good idea what it was. When he gave us the bill we were shocked! We had guessed at least 100 to 200 more. Very happy with the service and the price. Very nice young man. Totally suggest you try these guys and don't think you will be disappointed. We weren't. So our fan was blowing, but it wasn't cooling as well as it should have, so we called them again and OMG THEY CAME BACK! Tonight, the same day! They fixed the problem...nothing they had caused. Their customer service is unbelievable. We are .......older and have never seen this kind of service. You have AC issues. You call these people!! read more

This is the most trustworthy AC person in the business. I am so happy to have found him. I had Home Depot out to do a check on my 15 year old AC unit and they presented me with a $2500 list of needs and services. I got a hold of Mr Schroeder with 3 Phase, ten minutes on my roof and he says I need an $80 part he has in his van. I showed him the list from the Depot and his side almost split. He took me on the roof to show me that everything was totally FINE and everything they said needed addressing was ridiculous. Who does that? This guy is HONEST. He kept my old machine running as long as he could and I then used him to install a new 4 Ton Ruud package. I thought I needed the venting in the attic redone - another job he could have raked me over the coals for. But he said no, they were fine. I will ALWAYS use and recommend Mr Schroeder with 3 Phase.
