This cafe is located in Vienna, and there's plenty of free slanted parking in front as well as parking in the complex next to and across if you're willing to walk. I've been to this location when it first opened years ago and they've really upped their menu and decorations inside since. The ambiance inside is beautiful, ideal for anyone looking for a good Instagram picture. There's so many angles and details so that no matter where you're sitting, there's a good vibe. There's also gorgeous seating outside since it can get crowded. For food, you order from the front and they'll call you when the food is ready. We ordered the dubai gelato and pistachio lokmas. Both were presented tastefully to make sure our eyes and cameras wanted to eat before our stomachs. The dubai gelato was a quality dessert with a good ratio of milk: cream. The pistachio flavor was evident on top, but it was just a kinda tart vanilla ice cream with toppings. I did like it, however, and it paired well with the lokmas. The lokmas were fried to perfection, a nice amount of chewy, and covered with a good ratio of pistachio cream. They were a decent size and conducive to sharing. The prices of everything, overall, was pretty expensive, but the quality definitely made up for it. I'd recommend this cafe to someone looking for a unique sweet treat, catching up with a group of girl friends of 2-4 people, or for a first date!

One thing I'm not a fan of is the ordering system. All orders are placed via a SINGLE iPad style tablet. I interact with tablets and self-service kiosks all the time in retail/restaurant settings. My main issue is there is only ONE tablet for ordering which can create long lines since not everyone is as familar with the interface. I waited about 8-10 min to place my order; and after another 10-15 min, my beverage and dessert was ready. I will say, this is some of the better coffee I've tasted in the DMV. My iced latte was yummy with a strong espresso flavor. The house special which is all over Qamaria's social media, is their honeycomb cake; and I can see why. Visually, it is very Instagram friendly with its light and flaky crust stuffed with cream cheese, and then drizzled with honey. The texture was suprisingly light and the cream cheese and honey combo gave it that slightly "sweet and salty" flavor profile. Spending time catching up with old friends over coffee and pastries in the comfortable confines of Qamaria was an excellent way to spend an afteroon. With tax and tip, an iced coffee and slice of honeycomb cake totaled approximtely $18.

The waiter told me that there was no need because the host had prepaid $2,000 and, at that time, the guests had only used approximately $800 of that amount.
