EVIL... BAD... AWFUL... HEARTLESS... LIARS A JOB THAT WOULD NORMALLY TAKE 5 HOURS TOOK 12 HOURS TO GET DONE. EXPENSIVE BECAUSE THEY ARE SLOW AND LAZY... THE WORST COMPANY EVER... THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH THE WORST NIGHTMARE... DO NOT USE 24 MOVING EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT... THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH HELL. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND THEY DON'T CONDUCT BUSINESS THE AMERICAN WAY. They are a bunch of thieves and crooks operating under false pretenses. They are liars who pretend to charge less than most other companies. My cousin caught one of the 2 movers sleeping in the truck when we did not see them for 20 minutes. The foreman named Zoeltan sat in the truck to eat and drink while the other was sleeping. One man should be able to carry a small box all by himself. In this case, it took two men to carry one small box at a time. The job they promised me that would take 5 hours to do ended up taking them more than 12 hours. They dropped my expensive furniture in the dirt and left others under the stair case on the first floor and told me they would not carry them to the third floor where I live. They broke my most of my valuable stuff by purposely dropping boxes on top of each other. They drove as slowly as possible to make you pay more. They are rude and mean. They refused to receive advice that could help them do the work more efficiently. Then they stopped to do paperwork for another 30 minutes while charging you. I was trying to move all of my furniture out of the storage unit, half of which stayed at the storage facility because they claimed that the rest of my furniture was too heavy to move. Really? A couple mattresses and a dresser are too heavy to move? Another trick they used they will park their truck as far away as possible so it takes them more time to carry the stuff. When I asked them to park the truck closer they said it was fine where it was. Remember you are paying by the hour, so the further away the truck is the longer it takes them to carry the packages and the more they will charge you. After I had paid them for an additional 2 hours to finish the work, the foreman came back 45 minutes later and told me that he would not do the rest of the work regardless of whether or not I pay him. I will be glad to respond to your request regarding my move on 2/4/13...Your company operates amazingly well with the men being exactly on time; explanation of the procedure, wonderful gentlemen that did not hesitate in moving the furniture in a very professional way. Mr. Cheyenne and partner were polite, quiet and so very professional. Moving at a very rapid speed and doing the move so systematically that I was truly impressed. The gentlemen did not question the harsh rules of the 'association' and when asked to move their truck for the garbage truck to pick up garbage, they moved very fast and did not skip a beat. Mr. Cheyenne's driving was so impressive and very well with the knowledge of exactly how to back up in small spaces. I had to hold my breath! He was really impressive the way he could handle the truck and stored the items so professionally that I will keep your number for future projects. I highly recommend your company in all aspects of moving and storage. The items were treasures to me and junk to others, perhaps; but both gentlemen treated everything with great professionalism. These two valuable employees are to be highly complimented on their performance and conduct. I sincerely wish you, the gentlemen and your company great success in the future and you have my permission to use this on your website. I recently used this company to relocate my offices in Sunrise FL. It was an EXCEPTIONAL job and we were pleasantly surprised at how professional LASZLO and his team were! 1ST, my call to the company was answered by a polite gentleman (sorry, I did not get his name?) who patiently listened to all my concerns and needs. I have a very busy office so I needed things done correctly and efficiently so my staff could set up electronics and phones asap, afterwards. The representative advised us on the best approach and promised the moving crew would be there ON TIME. They actually showed up EARLY, helped us finish boxing everything, loaded up, and completed the job in the most efficient and professional manner I have ever experienced from a moving company. It really was an excellent job and all for a great price! There was no standing around, no confusion on my instructions, or any damage to our furniture. As I have experienced in the past, they could have taken more time to milk money out of us, but instead they worked together as an extremely fine tuned team and did everything to my expectations and more. Having used other companies over the years and ending up either stressed out, disappointed, and frustrated, it was amazing to be able to get the job done quickly and expertly without any stress or problems. Moving a large office is already stressful so all of my staff commented on how stress free the move was. I will ONLY use this company in the future and have already put the word out to my friends and family on what a great job they did! When you hire them, definitely ask for LASZLO and his team of guys. You WILL NOT be disappointed as they are intelligent, hard working, and very professional. read more

Better late than never. I've been meaning to write this for months. Can Not Say Enough About Glenn setting it up and John and Zolton for making the move easy even throughout the threat of rain the entire time. I moved back in September and this was probably one the best moving experiences I've had and I have moved several times over the past 7 years. From the first response to my email request for a quote to the end of the move I could not have asked for nicer and move helpful people. They showed up on time as promised and after seeing the amount of stuff to move John gave me an estimate on how long it should take, since I was paying by the hour not a flat rate. They did not move slow or try to drag the time out. they quoted 4 to 4 1/2 hours including travel time and that is exactly what it was. I paid a little more to make sure blankets were used to wrap my tv's and other pieces of furniture on the truck. John and Zolton helped me with packing pictures and some other last minute items. Although when I called and was told boxes, tape, mattress cover were all included with the package I bought, I kept waiting for them to tell me I owed more for supplies, and it never happened. Since I only moved into a storage unit. I will be calling them as soon as I am ready to move again! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This is the worst moving company I've ever come across. They were an hour late first of all, they told us we would need two trips and we said okay that's fine. They get to our move in location and say they're not making the trip back to get the rest of our stuff because THEY DONT WANT TO. I called the company for a supervisor and he called the employee Omar and he hung up on him because he didn't want to go back when they were not finishing their job that they started. They left my bed dissembled on the floor in pieces and the mirror attached to my dresser taken off and not reattached and the screws are missing. I texted the employee to ask where my screws are and he BLOCKED me. They charged us for their lunch break and it costed us $1500 for unprofessional people and attitudes. We had to hire another moving company for the next day because apparently they had church and couldn't move the rest of the stuff. They made a comment saying oh if we come tomorrow are you going to tip us good, how unprofessional these people are. Looks like this company needs new employees. Don't work for a moving company if you don't want to finish the job. LAZY. 0 stars, Beware. We will be making complaints until something is done about this and getting reimbursed. read more

24 Moving was the Third company I called, but the FIRST one to get back to me! I was very upset the day that I moved, because I was really connected with my home. It's been in my family for several generations and it was very difficult for me to part with the house, and all the memories that went along with it. 24 Moving came in and just got to business. They were totally professional on the phone and the crew showed up on time, and got right to work! They were so so helpful!! They helped me out well beyond their call of duty, they went above and beyond in making a very difficult day as good as it could possibly be. I have dealt with several moving companies with office moves and I must say that these were the best group of guys I ever dealt with! The last moving company I used for my office relocation, showed up late and were very rude. The crew at 24 Moving was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE! They were on time, pleasant, streamlined and organized. But most of all, they really did see how emotional I was about the move, and they dealt with me very kindly If you are looking for a moving company, make sure you give them a call... I love to see a great business do well! Thank you-Jaci read more

I'm just here to say that John and Jessie are some the best dudes out there! First off I'm originally from LA so I'm not use to the whole "elevator time" thing and frankly I've never lived in a building that required "professional movers" so a lot of this is new to me. Not to mention I am the worst at procrastinating, and had to get moved in a pinch. I called 24 Moving and the guy Cody couldn't have been nicer. We worked out a plan and he even explained that my building might require proof of insurance and that he would take care of it for me. which was awesome because I didn't even know I needed it! Good thing he did because when I reserved the elevator that is the first thing they asked for! On the day of the move I was nervous because I have never hired movers before and I've heard horror stories. All that went away as soon as John and Jessie arrived. Honestly they looked like guys I could have gone to highschool with and these guys seriously worked for like 6 hours straight the whole time with positive attitude, seriously thats not human lol! These guys rocked and help me out when I was in a bind Definitely would recommend! read more

My husband called 24 Moving on a Tuesday and they were moving our stuff the following Tuesday; two thumbs up for fast service! Ben, Ron and Travis from 24 Moving were our men with muscle the day we moved to a new condo and I have to say, now that I see how easy they make moving look, is that if you can afford to employ a moving company, do it! Correction, if you can afford to, call 24 Moving! That's not to say that 24 Moving's rates are any higher than their competition's, it's just that professional movers isn't a luxury everyone can afford. Lucky for us, I received my bonus two weeks before we moved. These guys were very easy to work with and they even stuck around to help us position the bigger pieces of furniture at our new house (my husband is a weakling!), which was not expected but definitely appreciated. I really appreciate when I get good affordable service these days it happens so rarely... Thank you for a good professional job. I hope I don't have to move again but if I will, 24 Moving is the company I will choose. read more

You always hear funky things about movers but I must say that 24 Moving was great. Jeremy went over everything when I first called. He took the time to explain what the charges would be and what would/could be extra in addition to the per hour charge. Prior to the move, they confirmed everything with an email which contained the contract which laid out everything that we spoke about. When the movers showed up, Joseph and his crew were amazing. They were very professional, looked at everything they were going to move, then had me sign the papers (although quite a bit of paperwork) all was in order Joseph took the time to go through each page, explain what it was for and after that started to work. The took care of all our stuff even packing some items that we did not and moved us with care. Thank you to 24 Moving for making this move as stress less as possible. I would recommend everyone I know to use 24 Moving and avoid the "moving company nightmare". They really put people above and that showed! Thanks again read more

Well I never thought I would hire a moving company, but I must say that I was very happy with the service provided by 24 moving. So basically I had to move my dad from Ft Lauderdale to West Palm, the problem is I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA! I was dreading the move date. I got tons of quotes from companies with pricing all over the map. I was almost convinced to round up my family and fly down there to help my dad. I did some research and called 24 Moving. I spoke with a guy named David who had a heavy accent (Russian maybe? lol) So I was a bit nervous, but he answered all of my questions and didn't even pressure me to book the date. I ended up going with their all inclusive package and not only did they pack all my dads belongings, but also took great care of all my dads war medals and military memorabilia. The only things was that they were late, but regardless my dad was very pleased and so was I! P.S. Sabby (I think thats how you spell it) John and Lazlo are the best! I would highly recommend those guys!!! read more

I just had the absolute best moving experience ever, thanks to 24 Moving Miami. The men who came to my house on moving day made the whole process seem like a cake walk. They not only work quickly and were to stick to the 6 hours time period they'd predicted, but their work is the furthest thing from sloppy. they packaged everything well, loaded it up with care, tied everything down and moved it all into my new house. My new house is about a 40 minute drive from my old one, so 24 Moving actually includes the driving time in their hourly prices. I can't say as I blame them because I'm sure the gas isn't cheap for those big trucks. One thing they don't charge for, which I found a lot of other moving companies do, is they don't charge extra for larger than average furniture or any disassemble they might have to do. 24 Moving did exactly what they said they would in our first conversation and I didn't pay a cent more than what they'd estimated. Thank you very much 24 Moving Miami. Happy Holidays..... read more

SCAM ALERT When I found myself having to move, I looked up this company.. they seemed like a professional company, but oh was i wrong, this company completely tried to rip me off and steal my damn furniture....first of all the gave me a quote. the day before.. so the next day they came packed up all my stuff loaded the truck got to the new location then presented me with a bill for triple what they quoted ...they claimed it was for gas, packing supplies and miles traveled..WHAT A SCAM...they never said anything about additional charges until after the move, then they tried to hold my furniture hostage, But oh what a surprise I had for these bastards..their furniture for ransom plot would not work on me..Little did they know that most of my family is in Law Enforcement...once they found that out they were real happy to take unload the truck and accept the initial price they quoted. To anyone that reads this..DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED-OFF.... read more

We recently used Agility after finding them online, and previously using a company that proved to be less than satisfactory. Right from the off, the friendly team were quick to find out exactly what our requirements were, and to help with the logistics of our move. We had so much stuff, with many items coming out of storage, and their guys explained the whole process, cared for all our items as if they were their own, and created a detailed inventory. Staff were not only friendly, but were dressed professionally and were knowledgeable about packing both carefully and efficiently. The price was extremely reasonable, and the service we received was worth much more. They helped with the move day and made it as stress-free as possible, and their customer care is second to none. I have now recommended them to my friends and family, and while I don't want to move again for some time, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!! Five stars - thank you guys! read more

When I was in college, I did a gig on the side where some friends and I moved people in our spare time to make a few bucks. When I bought my first home and needed to hire a moving company, I knew that I absolutely did not want a moving compaany like the one I used to work for. The only thing my buddies and I had going for us was that we had a big van and were strong. We had no idea how things should be wrapped to prevent damage and we didn't work all that fast either. I was fortunate enough to find 24 Moving and, for the first time in my life , saw what it means to be a professional movers. These people have the entire moving process down to a science and they pack, move and carry with such ease that I'm sure they could still do it blindfolded. They finished my move in what was probably record time and they even thanked me for my business. I want to personally thank the team that performed my move. From the very beginning the representative Cody assisted me with selecting the best package for me. I am an elderly person and do not have anyone to help me pack or get anything ready beforehand. Cody recommended the Golden Package and I am glad he did. The movers showed up and took care of everything. Within a matter of minutes my mattress was already bagged up and the TV was boxed up. I have a lot of fine China that I was concerned about and they had all the materials needed to pack it. I just stayed out of their way and offered them cold beverages but they were so busy they never stopped. Happy to write this review after the move since nothing was damaged and they got the job done way faster than we expected. Thank you Cody and team. Omar was my lead mover ask for him he is a skilled mover and has patience since I was not sure what was going. read more

I was nervous hiring movers for the first time since I have never moved before. I called 24 moving and from the first call I felt comfortable after the man on the phone explained to me what it is the movers do. I had no clue how they were going to get everything out. I explained to the company that I had tight restrictions and they recommended going with 3 movers. The guys they sent were amazing from the moment they arrived they greeted us and went straight to work. They wrapped all of our furniture in the blue padded blankets. They loaded the big truck with all of our stuff and even took the things we were going to take in our cars. We arrived to the new building in time and they unloaded everything with time to spare. We were so happy with the way they set everything up. I am glad we didn't listen to the other reviews and took a chance on these guys because they were affordable and amazing. read more

I Used 24 Moving about 3 weeks ago, I feel bad it has taken me so long to write a review but you know what it is like when you are busy. I feel bad because they did give me very good service and I think Yelp is a great way to help a business, so here we go. I spoke to them on the phone to schedule and what I liked when I spoke to Bernard the sales person is how it was important to him that I understand everything going on. that the charge is hourly and that it may take longer. He did also give me the option of having some one come to the house to give me an exact quote, which I liked, but had no time for. When the movers got here they looked pretty professional, and they acted as so. they walked me through everything they were doing. Which I was happy with, and they seem to work at a good pace. All in all it was good experience and I am happy everything worked out the way it did read more
