I was unhappy with the service. First I spend hours of waiting they were scheduled to come from 9am to 12 and they only arrived at 6pm and I had to call the company every hour to ask for updates, they were promising to call me back to let me know and they never did so I had to keep calling. Eventually when they came they said if I want them to move within 2 hours I had to hire the 3rd guy. (I had to move couple blocks down 5 mins away and I had couple pieces of furniture 2 boxes and the cat tower. They told me I had to pay additional around $65 for TV and $65 for each additional glass piece..... PS they moved everything within an hour read more

This moving service in the biggest nightmare. They broke my entire glass furniture and left disgusting black marks of there dirty hands all over each thing! my sofa and chair are covered with their sweat marks and black markings. I later had to pay the WHOLE COST of moving into fixing the glass furniture they broke of mine! so basically I had to pay them and another service to fix the damage they created. Look elsewhere and save yourself the trauma. These people are dishonest and unreliable. They have no respect for peoples belongings and just want to get paid for there horrible service. read more

Not happy with this moving company at all. I had them move my furniture into my new place that was already partly occupied and had some of my things already moved in. I had 3 pair of 3D sunglasses in boxes on top of my countertop when they got here. When they left, there were only 2. I called the company several times in the past few days, only for Edward to tell me it was reported to dispatch and that dispatch would get back to me. I haven't heard from anyone at the company. I wouldn't hire them again since they don't seem trustworthy and don't care to resolve any issues with dissatisfied clients. I only gave them 1-star or else I wouldn't be able to post. read more

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Apparently, you can't post a review without giving them @ least 1 star, or I'd give them -5 ... THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM !!! I was quoted a base rate of $300, which included use of standard supplies like moving blankets, etc. Bubble wrap & boxes would be extra, but I only needed furniture moved. Well, these guys used HUGE boxes, cut open, wrapped around & then taped to protect ALL of my furniture (which @ the time, I appreciated thinking they were just being careful) ... then, I get charged an additional $430 for supplies !!!! I WAS STUNNED & IN SHOCK, THEY ALREADY HAD MY CREDIT CARD INFO, PLUS HAD ME SIGN ALL THESE RELEASES BEFOREHAND ... I figured any add'l supplies (bubble wrap, tape, etc.) might be an extra $20-$30, BUT $430 !?!?!?!?!?!?! DO NOT USE THEM. I will also be contacting any & all Florida State agencies applicable to report this fraudulent activity !!!!!!!!!! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY FOR LOCAL MOVES IN MIAMI. my daughter ATTEMPTED to use this company to move out of her college dorm due to their seemingly wonderful customer service and presentable website presentation. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS. IT IS VERY DECEIVING....JUST LIKE THE SEEMINGLY PLEASANT PHONE REPRESENTATIVES. this company claimed for 5 HOURS that the movers were "on their way". I called to see what was going on (since they were supposed to be there hours ago) and i was repeatedly told to "we are confirming their location and you will here from us in 15 minutes after we confirm." it is one thing to be six hours late or to be non responsive to my daughters many inquiries concerning the movers location etc. However to FLAT OUT LIE TO HER OVER AND OVER IS UNACCEPTABLE. She was told the movers were an hour a way one minute, then the next she was told they were still on another job. They even claimed the movers had gotten in an accident, when they arrived she asked was everything okay with the accident and they clearly didn't know what she was talking about. Spare yourself the headache and incompetency...after 6 hours we had to cancel and were able to come to an agreement in regards to removing the cancellation fee. do not get shim-shammed by this company. read more

I hired these guys for a move that needed to take place in 2 days. Was glad to hear they were able to do it. There communication over the phone is very good. I received a confirmation email about them coming. The problem arises when they NEVER SHOWED UP. That's right, they were supposed to come by 5 PM and after calling every hour to see where they were ( I called up through 9:30 PM) they never showed up. So unprofessional. They didn't offer to come in the morning or do anything about it. Do your self a favor and save yourself a headache and pay more for reliability. I ended up hiring my own guys at 10:30 PM at night and doing all the moving my self. Didn't sleep till 4AM. I had to be out that day. If I only knew.. I would have picked another company for sure. Never again will I call them. They aren't reliable! When I called corporate to see where the guys were at 9PM, they couldn't get in touch with there movers. WTF! Hire these people at your own risk. Hate to leave a bad review but this company is so unprofessional. read more

These guys (Brian and Chayanne were our movers) did a great job. Had really good attitude, were very helpful and had lots of patience. Would really recommend them with no hesitation. Very punctual and professional. read more

I have just experienced a great experience with this company from start to finish! This was a move to next door property and no truck or heavy equipment on site. Cannot believe how efficient this was and professional. If you want a company that handles any situation with professionalism and is excellence in customer service put this at the top of your list! If you are thinking twice don't--this is the one!! Ask for Omar and his crew--the very best! He takes his job beyond serious!! #1 in customer service and professional team! read more

Alberto was amazing. Him and his coworker were very polite and friendly. He had a good attitude despite having to move my heavy couches up and down three floors. They also wrapped the more fragile items and came ready with all the materials necessary for the move. BE ADVISED they charge separately for tape and for the mattress covers, something they forget to tell you when you make the appointment. Other than that they were great! read more

This moving company was terrible. They charge you to get your things out and the movers are very rude the only good thing about it is the people who answer the phone to set up the move so don't let their customer service fool you. Once your in they over charge you and give you a hassle to get your things out read more

So let me tell you about this company and there very questionable practices. When you call up a representative will ask for a detailed list of what will be moving and where it will be taken. Based off of this (and this is a timely process) they give what they will tell you is a solid quote. For a ONE BEDROOM move I was quoted for no more than 4 hours. This was verified various times by various individuals. When the two workers came to move my things they seemed to be breathing and in relatively good shape so it caught me by surprise that my 4 hour move would turn into a 8 hour. They literally did not work unless we were there and eventually we needed to help out just to get things moving. Your better off finding a company that guarantees their time. These guys will milk the time and they didn't start moving faster until we called and explained we would only pay for one more hour so they needed to hurry. This is a scam. They are crooks!!!! Stay far away from this company!!!! read more

Do NOT use this company. They are beyond INCOMPETENT. They had me wait all afternoon for them and never showed up at the time they set up. They never called to say they would be late so I wasted time waiting. They did call an hour after the two hours appointment window to tell me that they were on the way and would be there in an hour. I didn't need them anymore and wound up rescheduling with one of their competitors who came the next day and did a fantastic job and they charged me half the price of what this one was charging. If it's crunch time and you're moving, STAY AWAY from this company. EDIT: They charged my credit card $100 even though they did nothing. DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT use this company. read more

Unfortunately minus was not an option, please do not use this company. NEVER show up on time, my schedule time was between 12-2pm they showed at 5:15pm, of course tired from previous jobs and whinnying about my move. They were unable to finish my move and had to return next day, oh of course impossible to get through the phone and or the dispatcher as Glenn said "was nothing he could do", well they charge me $590 something the first day and because they were unable to keep my schedule time they charged me almost the same the second day, my move costed over $1100. Nice trick on their end to make money. Was a TWO bedroom apartment and took them hours to load the truck and minutes to unload. You figure out just avoid them as much as you can or if you like to waste money call them. Less than minus zero read more

The two men who moved my belongings were 100% professional in all ways. Their knowledge of the trade was evident in the manner they wrapped, carried, maneuvered, and placed my items. I would ask for them by name if I need this service in the future. Sincerely, Jane A. read more

I used "24 Moving" on Sunday 8/07/16. They did a wonderful job and finished before the 3hr minimum. 24 moving was the best priced movers I found after calling around and there were no hidden fees. They sent 2 guys/1 truck and moved all of my items (I was prepacked) safely to my new place. The movers were super friendly and polite. Scheduling on short notice was easy and there was no deposit required. I will definitely be using them again for future moves. read more

Great service. It was a small job but I needed it to arrive on time and being efficient. They came early (a first in Miami for services companies), were professional, and were quick and efficient. Plus at the end no nasty surprises with the bill. They charged for the hours they worked and some special packaging. read more

Outstanding service! Laszlo and his partner (also named Laszlo) AKA Terminator And RoboCop were courteous, punctual, and fast. Their no bullshit attitude got the job done! read more

I wish I read all the terrible yelp reviews before I hired this company. They clearly do all that they can to draw out the moving process and rack up fees with boxes and tape. I was charged $75.00 for a large box they didn't need to use. I was charged for other boxes as well but 75.00 for one box really takes the cake! $5.00 per tape roll and they do all that they can to use and excessive amount of tape. They sat for an hour outside my house cleaning the tape off their blankets while my stuff sat inside in pieces. I asked them what they are doing and they said they needed to be ready for the next move. I told them that I wanted my stuff assembled and I would clean the tape off their moving blankets myself. When I noticed they were inside taking forever to assemble the furniture they disassembled (most of it could have been transported without disassembling) I asked them to just leave. I ended up paying 4x the amount I should have for an incomplete move as my stuff was still in pieces scattered about the new house. Don't be fooled by their Low hourly rate, you will end up paying much more! Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. read more

HUSTLERS. We used this company to move 14 miles. Our original quote was for $300 and the complete move should have taken less than 2 hours. When the guys arrived, they took their time and began disassembling items that did NOT need to be taken apart. I asked them to stop and they refused. The guys said they couldn't load any built furniture into the truck and that they could leave but my deposit would be kept since I was declining their service. Pressed for time I let it go. Yeah, well they went over the agreed 3 hours by an additional 4 hours. We ended up having to pay triple the amount the company quoted just to move 14 miles. Most of the items were clothes and these guys found ways to make everything take longer than it should. I wouldn't recommend them. Knowing what I know now, I would have rented a small truck moved all of it myself. All they do is look for ways to charge for additional time. Skip these guys. Not worth the headaches. read more

Having a first hand knowledge of how Moving Companies operate, I had a lot of prep work done beforehand. TVs, Picture Frames, mirrors bubble wrapped, and taped. It helped bring some of the labor time down. Plus having my own moving, packing supplies, helped as well. It did take more time than what I was quoted, but that's to be expected. The two gentlemen who assisted, Nick and Jamal, were professional, expedient, and courteous. I will definitely choose 24 Moving again, and hopefully I will get the same team. read more

SAVE YOURSELF, USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is true they scam you in the prices and basically any materials used, they charge extra. The movers were nice, but very slow and to top it all off, they stole money from me TWICE. There was cash taken from my apartment and the movers took a copy of my credit card information on the receipt and tried to use it. Luckily my bank cancelled the card and notified me or else the movers would have gotten more money. When I noticed the cash went missing during the move, I asked the movers and they denied taking and when I called the office, the woman on the phone was rude and threatened to keep my furniture on the truck if I didn't pay the movers immediately. I paid them to get ride of them and the next day I find out there is fraudulent activity on my credit card so I call the office and inform them of my findings and they said they would get back to me. It's been weeks and no one has helped. It's a shame this business is still operating and that they don't care that they are taking advantage of people during a time of need. read more

Warning: this is not a reliable company. I scheduled a move for 1-2pm and got a call at 4:40 saying they were on their way and it would take 45 minutes to get to me. All the while I was assured by the company that they had left the first job and were headed to me. I was fed lies. Do not depend or count on them to honestly schedule and communicate. read more

I used 24 Moving last week as i could not extend my current lease, and my new lease did not start till 3 weeks later. I was traveling on holiday during this period but could not find anywhere to store my personal belongings. They were very efficient and came on time as promised, they moved all my boxes in less then 20 minutes as promised. I had mentioned i had a flight at noon, and could not afford any delays as my time was limited before heading to the airport that morning. I highly recommend them as they fulfilled every promise. They will deliver my items when i am back in January and i will have to move again as i recently purchased a place and will use them to move at that time as well. I also recommended them to my real estate agent if other clients of her's are every looking for movers to use 24 Moving. read more

Not even one star is deserved. Beware. Company gave us one price then offloaded half the truck. They then presented another much higher price for packing materials while holding the rest of our furniture hostage. The price for packing materials was exhorbent but there was nothing we could do so we paid it. We later complained via state agency and received a call offering a 200 dollar discount but only if we would sign a letter stating that we would not post our experience with the company online. We declined in the hopes that we can alert others to companies like this and others that use such practices. Beware of this and insist on a Flat fee that will not change. Too bad companies have to resort to this type of practice to do business. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They damaged my $1100 sofa and only offered me $45. That is less than I tipped the movers (I didn't see the damage at the time) or what it would cost do be cleaned. Latest update: they scratched my furniture because they didn't use the covers they were supposed to use. They dented a wall in the new apartment. He was supposed to call me back or have a supervisor call, that hasn't happened....stay tuned read more

Update. 3 years later I just received this as a message. Clearly he did not want potential customers to see his lack of customer service so he sent this disgusting message in a private message. I see some things never change with this horrible and dishonest company. Do not insult my intelligence Cody. You should be ashamed, especially if you really are a manager in the company. I think we have found the reason for multiple one star reviews. To potential customers please see the type of people that work for this company in the message thread below...keep in mind my review was 3 years ago and I just received this message...he basically called me a liar and then proceeded to accuse me of not understanding English...racist much?! Cody S. Cody S. Manager 39 minutes ago Block & Report Owner there are no hidden fee, i think you just dont understand English, and if they called you a liar than probably that is what you are . you want money back let me know Danielle R. Danielle R. Miami, FL 0 3 11 minutes ago First off to correct your English, the correct sentence would be "there are no hidden fees" (plural). I can only assume you are making assumptions about my background based on my looks but I was born in America to two American parents so I understand and speak English very well. In fact it's the only language that I speak. So, now that we have established that I do in fact understand English let's get to the issue at hand...let me take time out of my day to respond to a valid review of your company from 3 years ago. I have moved 3 times since then and I still have never experienced a more dishonest company than yours. The fact that you feel the need to respond to this 3 years later says a lot about your customer service but the fact that you have multiple 1 star reviews says more. Are we all liars? Do you make it a practice to make assumptions about whether or not someone understands English based on their looks (racism)? Do you make it a practice to call your customers liars? Clearly you have had no training in customer service so I'm not sure how you have the title of manager. I have some good manager training classes that I can recommend if you would like. Please work on your company and stop trying to justify your horrible moving services from 3 years ago. I stand by everything in my review! And sure, refund my money. I'll wait LOL read more

You get what you pay for. I got a confirmation call the day before my move for 11 AM. I was impressed by their scheduling service over the phone and their flexibility. However, the movers did not come until 4 PM on move in day. Normally this would not be a huge deal, but my new place had a lot of rules about moving in (including that I could not move in after 5 PM or on the weekends etc). The dispatcher was unhelpful over the phone and said that the movers would "arrive shortly" (and kept saying this when I called them multiple times during that 5 hour period). The movers themselves were fine. I just wish there was more transparency with the customer. The company offered no sympathy or solutions during this stressful situation. read more
