I have had multiple emails and phone calls with regards to failed replied to questions, implying poor customer service. This is NOT the first incident. Secondly, I'm glad that Borderview operates according to law, as it should. Whether the compliances you mentioned only apply to Washington D.C., I do not know. However, I do know that you charge customers for this service, while maintaining above-average costs under the guise of superior customer service relations, this is what I have an issue with. And again, if you claim that "Our aim has always been to provide a lawful, transparent path for our clients, even when that path is more complex.". then you certainly should be prepared for those same customers, like myself, to have question, and to expect a reasonable and courteous response to our questions. Certainly, this is not a unreasonable expectation. For the reasons I have explained above, I believe your response to my review is somewhat disingenuous. We met on a Saturday morning near the border (she drove to Blaine, which is 20 miles closer to me, to meet). Had Starbucks together - other than getting the work down flawlessly, we also had a great conversation. She's very easygoing, sweet, and professional, and on my drive back home I was thinking to myself, "I need to give this wonderful woman a 5 star review", which is rare because I almost leave exclusively negative reviews on Yelp. I said ok email me the logo once finished. She did a week later, and I approved the logo and had them print me 1 shirt for sample, it took her a full week to print 1 shirt. Paid for the shirt and all the set up we talked about: came out to around 80$. I was not happy with the service.. So I decided to have another local company quote me on shirts and sweatshirts. They gave me a deal that was twice as cheap and said all of them would be done under 1 week. But they needed the original file of the logo. Had them contact Lindsay. She replied back with a threat stating if we use the logo with out paying her 500$ there would be legal ramifications.. Now this is were I'm staring to get a little confused. Why wasn't this fee disused when I had her print a shirt? I didn't know they would own the rights to the logo , simply because I choose to have them change a couple words around.. Got ahold of the owner, same response . Gave them the chance to make it right by charging accordingly. Got input from many screen printing shops. They said they should not charge any more than 200$ and they should have told me about this design fee before any work was began. This is why I'm giving this place a big F. Be very aware of this manipulative business practice to keep there client from choosing another business. Now I will be buying this logo that they claim to have designed. So if you are thinking about choosing this place for print make sure you read all the fine print. They will try to hold a ransom over your head and threaten you with legal action. When they see you are shopping around to make sure you are getting the best deal for your hard earned buck.

This is the worst postal service I've ever experienced. They continuously mix up mail and…read morepackages. One neighbor and I deliver each others mail to each other on a regular basis. They rip packages by shoving too many into our small box. Instead of putting packages that are too big for our small box into one of the bigger boxes specifically for packages, they just cram it in our small box which tears the packaging or smashes the items inside.They have also delivered the wrong packages to us, and delivered mine to a neighbor. When they lose one of our packages, their response is 'sorry', It's not a real apology, it is 'you're out of luck' getting help from them to find or replace the lost package.
