One of the the best storage locations in far-northwest WA state. You won't go wrong with this pristine, well-managed business with pleasant on-site staff. I have spent a lot of time on research, personal inspections and renting units in the surrounding area. Just about every lower cost alternative in nearby towns has real downsides such as smelly interiors, old wooden structures, chicken wire walls, rising damp, unpaved drive aisles, etc. Thank you Sulenne, for your help and care. read more

This is one of the nicest storage units we've had. The facilities feel safe and there are silent alarms on each units. They also give a military discount. We've been over there, moving stuff in, for the past two weeks and I've never seen any rodents or garbage at all. It's very clean; however, I was told the facility had tenants who brought in survival food to store (which is against the agreement you sign) and once they found out, they contacted those tenants and gave 24 hours for the food to be removed. Maybe the previous reviewers who mentioned rats were those folks. (??) The only thing I'd recommend is getting a street light put in. It's VERY hard to see the driveway at night. read more

What a relief finding a manager who really cares about your property and works to keep it secure. We arrived to find our climate controlled storage storage spaces scrupulously clean and all the paperwork ready to sign. The manager is a wonderful young woman who keeps close control on the access to the units, has an ongoing presence throughout the entire property, and keeps the entire property looking great all the time. She increased our comfort level 100%. We've rented a number of places over the years, but this is by far the best! read more

Have had a unit for 8 years. Recently bailed out of there. They have a major rat & rodent issue. Since they have changed management just about a year ago it has gone down hill. I agree with the other review, they lady in the office is rude and comes across like she does not know what she is doing. I receive 2 calls a month telling me my bill is due. Finally told her to stop calling as I have payments sent monthly thru my bank to arrive by the 30th of each month. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Lynden Heated Self Storage is clean, safe, easy to get around. I am not above locks and combinations. It's already too much to pack things up and forget about it. The one truly good thing about Lynden was Nick the Farmer. He helped me so quickly and joyfully and I mean he was very cool. People like Nick do really exist. You can't derive human genuineness from a business itself, but I'll have to give Lynden Heated Self Storage credit for getting the art of an amazing Nick. read more
