So after 20 years of working with this facility we are not ending it because of The manager Kelly. He is aggressive and volatile. Sticks his nose into other people's business and then accuses the people that he's accosting, with both verbal and threats of violence then stating that were the bad guys because we would not accept his threats and or his verbal abuse. When Diane was there we had no issues whatsoever we had a good working relationship. But with this gentleman we've already had three altercations with this guy to where he has verbally accosted and threatened us and our business. I wouldn't recommend this guy if he was the last person in the storage business.

Storage facilities offer free move-in trucks for local rentals...thanks to jerks that take advantage it's no wonder I no longer have the option of using Cordata's truck since they no longer offer one because jerk's YELP away at their disappointment...just like whining about month-to-month rental terms that could be strictly ebforced but Cordata generously ignores. Not only have I received pro-rated rental refunds (which no one is entitled to under the lease) they have never insisted on collecting the next month after a move-out, even when I didn't give them the required 20 day advance notice. Told them up front I was only renting for a couple weeks and they hooked me up with a giant unit for $1 anyways. After fees, insurance, etc. it worked out to a little over $50. The amount I pay to rent here has gone up twice since I moved in about a year ago, about $150 more than when I moved in, and the fees are insane! Online they listed my rent at $402. So that is what I paid. In just this month they have charged me 2 late fees over $100 each. 7 days into the month! They said it was because the database made a mistake and my rent was $140 more, but even though I paid what it said they refused to waive the fees. I spent days trying to get answers from corporate telemarketers in other countries. I didnt know my rent went up and I didnt pay enough to cover it and they fee-bombed me. This is a heartless corporation, not a mom and pop place, they will gouge you if they can and once I get caught up I plan to move out.
