The amount I pay to rent here has gone up twice since I moved in about a year ago, about $150 more than when I moved in, and the fees are insane! Online they listed my rent at $402. So that is what I paid. In just this month they have charged me 2 late fees over $100 each. 7 days into the month! They said it was because the database made a mistake and my rent was $140 more, but even though I paid what it said they refused to waive the fees. I spent days trying to get answers from corporate telemarketers in other countries. I didnt know my rent went up and I didnt pay enough to cover it and they fee-bombed me. This is a heartless corporation, not a mom and pop place, they will gouge you if they can and once I get caught up I plan to move out.

Sticks his nose into other people's business and then accuses the people that he's accosting, with both verbal and threats of violence then stating that were the bad guys because we would not accept his threats and or his verbal abuse. When Diane was there we had no issues whatsoever we had a good working relationship. But with this gentleman we've already had three altercations with this guy to where he has verbally accosted and threatened us and our business. I wouldn't recommend this guy if he was the last person in the storage business.

Each time I contacted them, they had reverted to my original account, due to a system update. Not my fault, yet I received continual threats of collection and auctioning my belongings. Today I went to my storage unit, for which I am paid through almost 2 more weeks, and there is a red lock on the door, and no one in the office to talk to about it, and no answer on the phone for the past 30 minutes! I'm angry, and SO DONE with this place!
