Lana has a great can do attitude that shows in her pleasure of doing what she does. Clutter 2 Comfort was recommended to us from many people. We hired her for packing our house before moving. Lana suggested to declutter before packing to see what we really need to pack, we love her idea and now instead of packing 200 boxes, she end up packing 165 and the rest unwanted items, we donated it to familys in need. We intend to hire her for many more things because of how good she is!!!!! So happy to have found this Company ( Clutter 2 Comfort)

She took a lot of items for donation as well, which saved me a lot of hassle. I would highly recommend her and her business to anyone!

We had them unpack our entire move to Bellingham, and the results are truly excellent. Everything is organized, labeled, and beautifully done in a way that has staying power, and far better than anything my wife and I could have accomplished over many more days and with way more stress. Not to mention that Jennifer obtained and built lots of storage furniture for us from multiple stores and websites. We will definitely ask her to refresh our space once in a while, and use her for our next in-town move.

We are the Poster People for, "How Not To Move"! The moving men were extremely patient with us as we scrambled to get the rest of the kitchen packed on Day 1 while they dealt with our furniture and the goods in the other rooms of our 2 story, 3200 sq. ft. house. All the movers were hardworking, professional and pleasant to work with. We had half our goods delivered to Maple Ridge and put the other half in storage at OnTime. We had half of the stored goods delivered in 8 months time, then the rest in another year. Considering that we originally planned to have them in storage for only 3 - 6 months, Ronald was very accommodating to keep them longer and stayed in communication with us the entire time. The storage fees were reasonable and did not change over the 18 months. Positives: Excellent communication from the company. Prompt and reliable (definitely On Time and sometimes early!). Reasonable, flexible and accommodating. Excellent workers. Negatives: 3 pieces of wooden furniture had some damage. Company has a limited amount of compensation for damage - review the policy and requirements (report within 2 days of delivery). Some micro-management. Stars: 4.5 (but I don't know how to indicate this!). There are other 5 star Yelp reviews for this company but they are hidden and aren't included in the overall rating and I don't know why. We would definitely recommend this moving company based on our experiences with them.
