We stopped in here to make copies of documents from a thumb drive. Went to this place because the line at another place was too long and location here is great! But what I definitely was not expecting was the excellent customer service! It appears to be family run and not only we we taken care of right away, everyone who Came through the door was attended to pretty mu chi immediately! We did have to wait for of documents to print out but the shop had many interesting hand crafted items from a variety of local vendors. They also have P.O. Boxes and packing and shipping services! Highly recommend and I will definitely come back here before going into Bellingham for similar services! read more

Stopped here to have a couple items notarized and drop off an Amazon return for ups. Super quick, easy, and efficient. We were immediately helped upon walking in. Notary was super fast and clearly knew the documents better than we did! I suggest you call before you go to confirm the notary is there. It cost a dollar for the ups pickup, FYI. Store is cute, too. They have locally made jewelry, other small gift items, and cards. I will definitely be back for my notary needs! read more

I need an animated emoticon to express how happy I am with their service. I just started using Fed-Ex, which BTW, if you don't have an account - GET ONE! I thought they'd be more expensive than the US Postal Service - but so far, I've only had one package that USPS saved me money on - Go Fed-Ex! (On an avg, I only ship a couple packages a month!) Anyways, after the post office wanted $30+ to ship a 13# pkg for me I came to 1 Stop Mail Shop. I didn't have my fed-ex #, so they pulled out their laptop and let me log in and print my Fed-Ex label (ONLY $18 to ship AND it includes $100 insurance). I recommend that if you want to save some money and time, sign up for Fed-Ex and take your packages to the terrific folks at 1 Stop Mail Shop in Ferndale. I was in Europe and needed precscriptions mailed to me. My husband worked with Dennis who was most understanding and accommodating. Unfortunately, the medicine was held up at the Vienna airport in customs and never delivered to me. The package was sent back to our home and Dennis was very helpful in quickly getting a refund approved by FedEx and returning our money. Service above and beyond!! We've used their notarial and postal services several times, and each time the owner/manager and his dad (sorry I didn't catch their names) have been friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciate that they're conveniently located to us, coming over the Canadian border and that they stay open longer than some of the other mail service operation. Highly recommend them.
