But what I definitely was not expecting was the excellent customer service! It appears to be family run and not only we we taken care of right away, everyone who Came through the door was attended to pretty mu chi immediately! We did have to wait for of documents to print out but the shop had many interesting hand crafted items from a variety of local vendors. They also have P.O. Boxes and packing and shipping services! Highly recommend and I will definitely come back here before going into Bellingham for similar services!

I would not recommend using this process server. My experience was extremely stressful and…read moreunprofessional during an already difficult time involving a harassment case. There were repeated delays in attempting service, and communication was inconsistent throughout. At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted.

Called to make an appointment to have a certified letter drawn up. The receptionist said that…read moreappointments could not be made and that we needed to drop in. Seeing as my husband and myself both work I ask what time he would be in the office. She told me that he would be in on Tuesday between 10am and 3 pm. We made arrangements to go and I thought that I would call before we left and the receptionist told me that he was in only until 12pm. When I asked about her assurance, last week that he would be in until 3pm her only answer was "Not today." No further help or suggestions, no apology. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and I don't know how anyone can run a successful business this way. My sister was going to be needing a notary as well. Her business will also be going elsewhere. Thankfully I found another notary who was able to help us and shockingly was also able to make an appointment time for us.
