My key got stuck in my lock around 11:15pm. The maintenance staff in my building wasn't able to get the key out and advised I call a locksmith. At first, I called a different company (not 24/7 Lightning) which then connected me to a second company that said they'd call me back. I got a call back an hour later saying no one could come until the morning. Luckily, in the meantime, I called 24/7 Lightning Locksmith. They answered right away, and told me a technician would arrive in about 30 minutes. The technician called me when he was on his way, and then again when he was 5 minutes away - it was wonderful to be kept updated, especially around 1:30am. When the technician arrived, he explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was able to remove my key and the old lock very quickly and promptly replaced it with a new one. He was extremely knowledgeable; he even had me keep the old cylinder because he said my building might want to keep it. On top of all of this, he was extremely kind and friendly, especially for 1:30am. Hopping out of an Uber last weekend, I lost my only car key to a new 2017 Mazda3. I searched around for an auto locksmith that could create a new smart key for my push to start engine. 2 locksmiths said it simply couldn't be done on such a new model. 1 other highly reputable locksmith came out for about 2 hours and was unable to get past the car's complex security and computer system. PETER from 24/7 lightning locksmith came out and got a new key made in less than an hour! I can't recommend this company enough. I arrived at my apartment at midnight to find my neighbor sitting on the front porch. He was locked out of his apartment with his poor dog stuck inside, as well as his keys, wallet, and phone. Our landlord was unfortunately out of town and hours away. My neighbor, who is disabled, was contemplating sleeping on the street when I found him. Obviously I wasn't going to let him do that, but he had been locked out since 4pm, without a cell phone, and was starting to get distressed. I had previously used Steve's services before, so I recommend we try his company. Thankfully, Steve was on call at the time (1:00pm on a Friday), and he answered almost immediately. I had Steve come out and take a look at my mailbox and I have to say it was a pleasure compared to what I expected. Steve was upfront about all the costs and voiced that he was willing to try different methods to avoid going the more costly route. When one failed he just tried the next harder step until it was done. In addition Steve also took the time to edit my lock so that everything was sitting flush. Lifesaver on a windy night!! I was with my young child and went home to find out that I didn't have the key to open the lock. I was extremely upset and stressed out! Called 24/7 for an emergency lock out service. Got a really nice call back right away from someone there saying they would be there within an hour which helped put my mind at ease. Lightning locksmith surely lived up to its name. Found myself in a predicament. Car keys locked in my car with no spare. Realized fairly quick that BMW's are like fortresses.... impossible to break into. Ordinarily, great selling point but in my case not so much. Road side service unable to unlock. Multiple phone calls to other locksmiths told me I had two options 1.tow to dealer or 2.order a spare key. John was the only lock smith that said " I can do it". I read a lot of great reviews for this company so I decided to give them a call. I especially liked that they were available in the evenings!! The process was easy; I called and the locksmiths showed up within an hour. I needed a new lock for my condo's mailbox because someone tried to pry it open and the locksmiths were quick, knowledgable, friendly and affordable. I thought I was going to be paying $150 or more because I know locksmiths are usually expensive, but I paid $100 total for them to come assess my problem, pry open my broken mailbox and install a new bolt. I lost my keys to my house a while ago, and when I finally got around to calling a locksmith for new locks he was here lightning fast!
