    Their beef teriyaki!
    King T.

Been going here for a couple of years now. The food is very good, it's my favorite teriyaki place to go to around the aloha area. However one thing they could improve on is the meat of the chicken, like many other reviews on here I too found the chicken meat quite rubbery in texture. But besides that everything is great, their sauce is delicious, portions are good, prices are right. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that likes teriyaki!

The beef Bo Go Ki was delicious, inexpensive, and a very decent portion. Had enough for dinner and lunch. Will definitely go back. Service was fast and friendly!

    Beef yakisoba extra spicy

I love this place! Been going here ever since I was a little kid and their yakisoba is one of the best I've ever had and for a great price. Along with their pot stickers is very satisfying. They are such a lovely family owned place and they are welcoming.

Very small portions for chicken teriyaki.

I like the food and the quality is questionable. Me and my crew frequent this place for our lunch break. Could be better but good enough,

A lot of sauces is added and it's extremely sweet. Have tried other plates and are kind of better.

Anyway, the food was packed so well. The packaging is cute! The portions are perfect and everything arrived warm (we reheat in the air fryer so no big deal). All items were included and tasted great! I read some of the reviews and I appreciate this restaurant is so receptive to feedback!

After we were given our drinks, we were informed they needed to wait on chicken to cook, and were asked to pull around and park. I stated that we don't participate in that program and would be happy to sit and wait, in the drive through (no one was in line behind us), as its supposed to be "first come, first served". The employee then went and got the "manager", who again explained about the wait, and again I stated I don't participate in that pull around and park program (its so that they can keep their drive through timers low and upper level managers get bonus for metric and KPI alignments). The manager "Samantha", then told me if I didn't pull around and wait for my food they'd call the cops on me. Really!?! I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. For that price... the customer service should be better, focusing on serving your customers well, and in a timely fashion. That amount of money equals a sit down dinner... not fast food with attitude. POOR FORM!!! Also, this location may respond to customer complaints... but they promise better service "in the future". It doesn't get better when you do nothing for the people your staff had wronged. What about meal replacements? Gift cards? Actual human interaction? Seriously poor customer service, engagement, and management.

LOL I was looking for something like CHICKEN SANDWICH, something COLD & refreshing, and we found that here! Our order was taken from the drive-through, with a man in uniform, standing in the heat of 84 degrees? Paid him. Onward to the pick up window, that whole thing took less than 10 mins. To me, about 5. We both have a Chicken Delux, mine without cheese. Two slices of tomatoes, ripe thinly sliced, and lettuce (they were not even soggy, and the tomatoes, ripe & tasty). I picked Honey Mustard for my sandwich, I didn't even open them, I ate the sandwich without, and they were still very good. This was the first time, I have a PEACH MILKSHAKE! I think, the fresh finely chopped up (?) peaches were a bonus. They not only the perfect addition to our ice water (I asked), they were the best satisfying to have with our sandwiches, on a hot day as today. By the time we made it home, I started to freeze in the car, that I turned off the AC. So satisfied, I should give them 5 stars!

Good price- only $4.85 I do wish that they had breakfast opened a little later on Saturdays. That is the one day where people usually get to sleep in and it is difficult to get there in time for breakfast. I get there after a very hard workout looking to devour a biscuit chicken sandwich and was disappointed after missing breakfast Lastly, they gave a huge water cup with ice and it was very refreshing when I was thirsty.

This is an order at the counter; they bring it to your table. It's a comfortable space inside with plenty of seating. They had a bunch of televisions tuned to different sporting events, if that's your jam. Our food was fresh and piping hot. The fries were tasty and crisp, and our burgers were flavorful. The house sauce was a little lacking for me as it came across more like ketchup only, but hey-o, I like a mayo/ketchup with a tiny bit of mustard sauce. I'm a pickle gal and LOVED their pickles. They came around to check on us midway through our meal. That was a nice touch, considering this isn't a sit-down restaurant, and elevated the experience. Overall, this was a great burger experience for us, and we look forward to returning!

However after my son's baseball team won their District Championship and decided to go there for a celebration dinner, I was like sure, I'll celebrate this! Upon arrival I was surprised on how the restaurant was laid out. I wasn't expecting fancy, but I guess it was pretty casual. After waiting for people to get there i ordered @ the kiosk. I wanted a Diet Coke and a Sprite for my son, but i couldn't switch it before I completed my order, so my son got a little caffeine. After all was said and done, the meal for us was just north of $50. Two burgers, two (small) orders of fries for a crazy price of $4.99/order, and two shakes. For what it was i don't understand why it was so expensive. The burger was a burger. The bacon wasn't crispy and the overall size of the burger was below average. The fries were ok, hot and crispy, but for $5 probably half as many as I would have expected. Finally my son didn't have any complaints about his cookies and cream shake, however I was really confused by my "S'mores" shake. I could make out the chocolate chunks, and the pieces that supposedly were graham crackers. There was absolutely zero sign (or taste) of anything that even resembled marshmallow, which is the whole point isn't it? In closing the kids had a great time...running around in the grass afterwards probably trumped the dinner. I however much prefer Five Guys...their fries and shakes are superior imo as well. I was celebrating the teams win, however the food and pricing gets a "L". Would not return unless they won STATE, and then i would bring Five Guys from across the street.
