The sushi chefs behind the bar are still the same, and they mentioned there hasn't been a change in ownership. Unfortunately, the food didn't seem up to its usual standard this time. The miso soup was noticeably saltier, the chicken karaage wasn't very good, and the cheesecake was disappointing. The service also felt off, likely because of the new staff still getting up to speed. I'm hoping this was just an off day, as I've had many good experiences here before. I'll give it another try, but this visit was definitely a letdown.
