The chipotle Al pastor burrito is absolutely perfect with just enough chipotle sauce with a decent but not overpowering kick and a nice blend of rice, al pastor, pineapples and pico. The pickup is always quick and friendly and the vibes of the restaurant are immaculate. I was actually bummed when the staff didn't give me an option to tip since it was pickup as this is one of the handful of restaurants I actually want to tip. I'll bring cash next time. read more

We ended up here by accident and it was one of the best dining mistakes I've ever made! It is truly fair to say that I just had the most delicious Mexican meal of my life! I cannot confirm with 100% confidence, but I will bet you money (and I am no bettin' man) that they prepared the guacamole for our guac' and chips immediately after we ordered it. The chicken was spectacularly grilled and presented inside a large, flat, scrumptious corn tortilla. Even the rice and beans were fresh and delicious! Far, far above the common experience. If I had any complaint it was simply that the portion size was too large for me to consume in one sitting and the price was too cheap to adequately reward the folks who worked so hard to produce such a delicious meal ;) The space is a bit small but they also have a nice outdoor patio. I can't even believe I'm sharing this little gem, but I also know how important it is to support local! We went here for the first time about a year ago. First time we ordered simple stuff (burrito & quesadilla); weren't exactly sure what to expect. No complaints, pretty good Mexican food...so my fiancé wanted to go back and try the Al pastor tacos quickly after. We went back one week later and got the 15 al pastor tacos this time. Slightly embarrassed to admit this but ever since then, we've almost ordered 15 Al pastor tacos once a week because they're incredible and so delicious. The hot sauce is delicious, the homemade tortillas are delicious, the pork & pineapple are delicious, the caramelized onions are delicious, the homemade chips are delicious, the salsa is delicious. I read most of the recent reviews and in keeping with my Mexican food craving of late decided to check this place out. I'm so glad we did! From the outside of the building it may not look like much and the parking lot is a bit small but don't judge the book by it's cover. I am a lover of shrimp and had to try the shrimp tacos and these were amazing. The shrimp aren't small and the tacos are stuffed. The flavors with the onion and peppers are a perfect blend. We also tried the Al Pastor enchiladas and it's probably the best I have had and the enchiladas are bigger than most, like the size of a medium burrito. Everything is made in house and fresh and it definitely shows in the taste and quality. This is not the run of the mill Mexican restaurant. The owner is very nice and chatted with us and made sure everything was to our liking. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. Next time I will definitely have to try a margarita. We will definitely be back and do recommend. read more

Wanted some tacos so we came and I absolutely loved their pastor and Asada meats. I loved their green salsa too it is the japaneno type instead of the tomatillo ones. It is definitely rare and I'm glad I found my jalapeño salsa here. Otherwise the other salsa was kind of watery. Will definitely come back. read more

The staff was very friendly and the place is pretty cozy. The menu is a little limited compared to most Mexican restaurants but what they have they do well! I was excited to see Chilaquiles on the menu so I ordered that with chicken and my husband opted for his usual carne asada burrito with guacamole. Ok some of the best tacos Ive had in quite some time. There is no option to order just 1 street tacos, but rather bundles of 4 to 5 of varying meat combos. No carnitas the day I was there but I tried 2 chicken and 2 pastor tacos and they were packed full of moist and juicy marinated meat with great char, flavors, not too oily, not too much excess fat, and each taco had enough meat for essentially 2 tacos. This place is off a small street and hard to find. The venue is small with limited parking and seats. The service is slow. Also, this place does not give out free chips and salsa. The food and drinks are wonderful. I ordered a pina colada and it was one of the best I have ever had. One my first visit, I got the chilli relleno and chicken enchilada. Both were loaded with flavor and wonderful. On my second visit, I ordered the fish burrito. The burrito did not have a lot of flavor but it was filled with fish. Amazing al pastor around this area!! I really enjoyed it. I've eaten almost around Beaverton & Aloha area and this is by far my favorite spot for al pastor. The ratio of meat, pineapple, and the seasoning was just perfect. Not overly oily either. It had a really nice char to it as well. I also got the shrimp fajita burrito and wow!! That was also delicious. Shrimp in every bite. Had rice and beans inside but it didn't feel heavy at all. I'd order that again. Looking forward to trying all the other items on the menu. Finally had the chance to try their famous tacos. I came here on a whim once during a weekday but they were closed because I didn't realize they only open for dinner. So the next time we were craving for tacos, I made sure I got here right at 5 on the dot since other reviews said it can get pretty busy and for our family of 4 we had a pretty big order. We didn't dine in, so this review is for our take out order. Walking in, we were greeted by this sweet lady. She took our order and offered us water while we waited. It took about 20 min until it was ready. As soon as I got home, everyone sat down to enjoy the tacos which were all very good! We had a variety of different meats -- carne asada, al pastor, and carnitas. They were all very flavorful and filling, each taco had more meat than most places serve. Out of them all, the al pastor was the best in my opinion since I love the combination of sweet and savory with the pineapple. I guess I can see why people rave about this place.
