My favorite tamale joint thus far! Chili verde chicken is the best, followed by jalapeño cheese and then pork. They charge $2.50/tamale currently which is fairly reasonable. The tamale dough itself is really good, not dry at all. They don't run any specials such as BOGO or Taco Tuesday deals or anything like that but if you want more than just tamales, their pastor tacos and queso birria tacos are pretty decent. Big time fan of well made Tamals, especially a fan of the Tamale Boys food trucks, however, first time trying Tamal Express was a big bomb! Order was messed up from the restaurant and Postmates, my delivery service didn't do a thing to help. I finished what little of the order I did receive and decided to call the restaurant and the owner said they'd make it right, including running out a new order, which they did. Taste, mostly because everything was cold, wasn't the best. I hoped for better, since this cart is so close by, I did intend to use them more and more, but not sure now.
