Delicious! The tacos are a STEAL of a deal for the amount of quality meat you get and on a handmade tortilla!! Super flavorful, highly recommend. read more

I don't really care for tortas but like a sucker I still order them. I don't know what I expect them to be different. It's just one of those that the whole is less than the sum of the parts. I got the Real Madrid torta. Has egg, Milanese, carnitas chorizo, pretty much everything on the menu. At first I wasn't impressed. It's a bit of a salt bomb. Also wasn't impressed with the price. $14 seems steep for a torta and they didn't have prices On their menu. So I packed the rest up and went home. No joke this torta lasted me 4 meals. Incredible value when you take that into account. Again it fell short where most tortas do but I was satisfied. The bread was different than most tortas. It was more like an English muffin than bread of that makes sense at all. Gave more flavor but I'm not sure it was awesome for the texture. I'd get it again for four days worth of lunches. read more

Ely's Mexican Cart - Torta Real Madrid - Mexican Near Me - Beaverton, Oregon

Love this taco cart! Taste super amazing, there is 2 downfalls though... quality depends on who's working and the rice is too salty when ate by itself. Other than those 2 things I absolutely love thier tacos n burritos. read more

Good tacos. Especially Roast pork. They have lot of torts varieties. One torta is good for two. Overall definitely a good option to lean on read more

Their food isn't worth the price. In fact none of the carts are. Go downtown it's a thousand times better and a third the price. It's just not worth it to stand and eat they do have seating I guess that's what ur paying for but come on it's just ridiculous read more

These are THE BEST tacos I've ever had. We ordered all kinds of tacos, and the sopes were out of this world too! If you're looking to have some orgasmic tacos look no further. We've had amazing tacos and Mexican food everywhere from LA to Texas, but trust me when I say these are the best. I went in for 4 and went back for 2 more, then 2 more then 2 more then 2 more. That is not a typo I ate 12 tacos and was in a food coma. They're just that good. When you add the salsa verde, the Chile pepper and a little Valentina it's to die for, no joke! read more

Honestly I did not enjoy my food the tacos were salty and had lots of fat, the meat had a weird taste like if it was old, honestly I would never eat here again. read more

Best street tacos! I love the carne asada they actually do it right with the lime on the meat so it's tender and juicy! They make their own tortillas too! read more

My favorite Mexican food truck! I always order the taco de lengua, specifically 4-6 of them and every time they're made, it's just always so delicious. There's a bit of a language barrier, but that's when you know it's all about the authenticity. It's kinda confusing knowing where the line starts, so speak up and wait in front of the window. Other than that, it's great for the price! read more

I just got a barbacoa Burrito from Elys on 185th and TV Highway for lunch... It was huge.. The meat was good but had too much rice in the burrito as well. Next time id ask them to be easy of the rice... read more

So, I encountered this truck as Ely's Mexican right next to Baskin-Robbins, across the way from Shute-Park Rec Center in Hillsboro. I'm not sure if it's just one moving truck, or if they have a couple on the move. I've only eaten here once, and I can say that I will be returning soon. Hands down the best Al Pastor tacos I've had in the state of Oregon so far. I believe they take credit cards too, from what I gathered from the sign on the window, which is a bonus. It's a good idea if you know a little Spanish, enough to order anyway. -------------- So, that was a previous review that I posted a few months ago, but had the wrong business name on it. My update is 3 stars for a taco truck.... the first (and second) times were great, lately it's been mediocre. read more

This place is yummy but still a food truck. I found this meal on wheels at the big lots parking lot of TV hwy and 185th on the right side facing 185th. I usually get the carne Adams burrito with cheese, guacamole, and grilled jalepanos. For 6 bucks it should be more. I love hole in the wall places and considering this is a food truck, I'll take it. It's only there a few hours a day and I seem to miss it after 7 or 8. It's more for lunch and quick bites. Enjoy! read more

This is place is pretty good. Not amazing but still good enough that I plan on coming back. Definitely some of the better Mexican food I've had since moving from AZ read more

Oh yes. What you won't find: -Soft shell steamed tortillas overfilled with "MexiAmericana" food, -Over processed and frozen meats, -An overly priced meal, -Sour cream. What you will find: -Corn tortillas (the ones that are nicely chewy to the tooth), -Lots of meat, -$1.00 tacos, -Authentic Mexican cuisine, -Fresh cilantro on everything, -Habenero salsa, -Mexican soda, -Limes to squirt on everything. Recommendation: Order at least 5 tacos, get all the fixings and be prepared to be amazed. I usually mix it up, chicken and beef. Pork was also delicious. I always say gracious... and each time a bright smile and a tender "de nada". read more

Good handmade tortilla's Meats that are not super bland....but also not mind blowing Salsa's that don't suck Best taco truck in the beaverton/hillsbroro area that I have been to yet read more

So this actually a review of their food cart in the Big Lot's parking lot on the northwest corner of TV Hwy. and 185th Ave., but I imagine the Hillsboro cart offers similar fare. Anyway, if you love torta's or fresh taco's (the only items I've tried) you can't go wrong here. Every ingredient seems freshly picked, veggies one expects to be crisp are crisp, the corn/flour tacos seem handmade that day, meats are juicy, etcetera. The torta's are absolutely amazing and they have quite a variety to choose from (10+?). Torta's run $6 - $9 but you really get two meals worth (they cut them in half and do an excellent job of wrapping them. I'm 6'2' and 300 lb's and can't finish a whole one, despite how great they are. It's a no frills dining area, but the clientele is diverse and a great experience for diners who enjoy salt-of-the-earth people and their food. read more

Was very hungry my friend recommended this spot and it it very good pastor tacos are the best ones there.

We love this spot, the tacos and burritos are good, sauce is very tasty and the staff is friendly. One time their credit card machine was down and we didn't have cash on us and they gave us our food in good faith that we would pay them back and we tipped them extra the next time. read more

Very good food! There is a little language barrier here but my food usually always comes out right. Definitely recommend this spot!

Read some of the 3-star reviews and I gotta say: they must've been to another food truck because this guy's tacos are crazy delicious, made real fast to order, are real cheap and not a single angry glare to be had. I've been here a few times and I've never had a bad experience once. read more

Tacos pretty good. Burrito was terrible. I asked for very little rice, but seemed to get triple the rice, no beans, and a few bites of meat. So frustrating. read more

Not to bad i got a couple of tacos and a quesadilla good flavor and topping were good i added sauce and was done not bad for a couple of bucks read more

Elys taco truck, you have been missed at LAM Research. Address 21000 SW 115th Ave. Tualatin, OR. Previously you were on a schedule to show up around 10:15 AM but to our surprise you have been "flaking Out". Many employees are craving your delicious food that you offer and with pockets full of cash. Please come back Mon-Fri read more

I will eat here anytime! Best tacos ever. Fresh made tortillas and an awesome avocado salsa all for $1. So worth it even if you drive 1 hour. Only disclaimer is, the day time lady is super nice and the night guy is not very nice to you if your white. They should fire him but, either way the food is great! read more

I ate at Ely's over near sw 117th and canyon rd. I don't know if it's the same and he moved or if it's an alernate location. I ordered two carnitas gorditas and they were pretty tasty with a little of their avacado sauce. They were plenty of food together for me. The guy made sure to explain that their gorditas were not like taco bell gorditas(yay!) They are more like pita pockets made of corn tortilla stuffed with sour cream, meat, and lettuce. They weren't fried and tasted really fresh. I will go again for sure. read more

I tried most of the taco trucks in Hillsboro and so far this is the BEST ONE, her tacos and tortas are amazing! I rate this 10/10. Her tortillas are homemade and soft, the meat is just so good and it doesn't have any of that fat on it. It's just overall amazing :) read more

Best tortas I've ever had! Tacos & salsa were delicious as well. Tortillas were made there fresh and cooked perfectly. Outside and inside of the truck was very organized and clean. One lady doing all jobs. read more

There is a truck on 117th and Canyon with this name. Maybe it's the same truck or they have more than one. It's there on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Well anyway... They have the largest, best burritos I have ever eaten. Sometimes you have to wait because of the late night Mexican dance club crowd but it's worth it. They also have a TV and will usually have Saved By The Bell or something good on they will let you watch while you wait. I can't stress this enough... Best burritos in town. If you have the burrito fever they can cure you. If you dont like the burritos here you're probably some kind of idiot. Savory and tender meats. And it's moist. Tasty stuff here folks. Effin' eh good burritos and really nice people. read more

We like walking to Ely's on a sunny day since it's practically a stone's throw from our house. I have only ever gotten the tacos, but they are super tasty, and only $1 each! read more

I tried nearly all Mexican food carts in the Beaverton and Hillsboro area and Ely's is the best of all. I just love their burritos carnitas. Also their Steak burritos. And their tacos are made in heaven. so delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

By far the best tacos in town. Fresh tortillas and fillings. I've been going for years.
