Were craving Taquitos so we went to the (new to us) location. The restaurant is cute and clean. The food is still good! Took photos this time. Parking is pretty difficult.

We love this place for dinner and just tried their brunch and it was excellent! Pork taco was delicious with the freshly made tortilla. My boyfriend got the chepo cakes and I ended up eating a lot of them before they were so good. Great texture and different from regular pancakes. The chilaquiles were nice and crunchy and they give you a large portion. What I love most about coming here is their salsas. They are actually spicy!!! They're not only spicy though, they have great flavor. They were pretty busy when we showed up. They said a 30 minute wait but it was only 10 minutes which was nice. Staff is always friendly and we didn't wait long for our food to come out.

This was such a great find! We enjoyed all of the dishes we tried. The taquitos, the ceviche, fish taco & mini sopes.

I've been here a few times. I ordered the Braised Beef Taquitos (5 stars) during each visit. It included a generous portion of delicious shredded beef on top of the potato filled taquitos. I usually only eat two of the four taquitos. I also liked the pickled onions. I liked the Citrus Pork Taco (4 stars) more than the Rib Eye Taco (2 stars). The dishes were seasoned well, and I don't think they need the extra salsas. My son liked the Quesadilla (4 stars) from the kids menu. It included three mini quesadillas with a good amount of cheese between the handmade tortilla. I liked the welcoming and mellow vibe of the restaurant. The service was 4 stars, and they were consistently nice and friendly. The tables were always clean. It's comfortable for a family outing, lunch date, or a quiet solo meal.

My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday happy hour, and I'm so glad she did! It's a cute little spot with a relaxed atmosphere and fun vibe. We were seated right away, and service was friendly and attentive throughout. I started with a margarita, which was solid and refreshing. For food, we ordered the taquitos, guac, and tamarindo ribs. The portions were generous--definitely shareable for two people--and we couldn't even finish everything. The ribs especially stood out! Overall, it's a fun new place with great food, good drinks, and a welcoming vibe. I'm already looking forward to coming back with my family.

Today we tried Tito's Taquitos in their new location in downtown Beaverton. They are across the street from Giovannis. A very nice quiet indoor seating spot, they have ample seating. They also have a small outdoor table on the main walkway. From the dining area you have a view of the open kitchen, you do not pick up much noise from the kitchen. Their menu has many protein options such as ,pork, chicken braised beef, chorizo as well as non meat options such as garbanzo beans marinated in sweat spice sauce and mushroom asada. We ordered chicken taquitos, just like the picture, they taste even more amazing than they look, the handmade tortillas are rolled with minced potato fried, then served with a mound of chicken on top, they are also served with sliced radishes and pickled onions on a bed of cabbage. It was the second best dish. The other item we ordered was the best item we tried, the Mini Sopes with chorizo, man I cannot wait to have them again, three Sopes, you can only order one protein at a time, they had a good portion of meat, fresh Mexican cheese, guacamole, pickled onions and cilantro, yum!! I also tried a single pork taco served on a fresh pressed tortilla, there was so much pork that I could have eating a second taco. We were greeted quickly as we walked in and were offered our choice of seating, the service was fast and friendly and the cost of the food was very reasonable.

When we walked in, one of the staff were making drinks and greeted my guy first (three times...) And then me and I said hello. He's basically deaf sometimes when he gets in his head. So APOLOGIES because he wasn't trying to be rude. He just can't hear a lot of the time. This is such a cool spot. We ended up ordering to go. We hadn't planned on eating out, or at least I hadn't. We got a drink (the Alma,) while we waited for our food. The Alma has a spicy salt and Pequin pepper rim. I absolutely HATE sweet drinks but this was a bit sweet but not syrup sweet or artificial sweet. It was a bright citrus sweet. Refreshing. It was a truly delicious drink. I knew I needed to try Tito's when I saw that there were actual vegan items on the menu. Thankfully I had a few to choose from!! It is SO unassuming. It's a tiny spot so pretty and well decorated inside. This place, on appearance, seems like it could be a higher end restaurant. Not just a little Mexican hole in the wall. I chose the Mushrooms Aguachile and a Mushroom taco and a Garbanzo bean taco. All vegan. My guy got fish tacos and shrimp taquitos. The ONE thing that was absolutely awful was the chips. They were stale. Like hard stale and gross. Ick. Thankfully I had Juanitos on hand and I ate my Mushrooms Aguachile with them. Now let me say that Tito's DON'T play. When they say it's spicy brah it is. The Mushrooms Aguachile have a spicy (AF) Serrano sauce. OMG the flavor though. It's like Ceviche bit mushrooms, avocado, cucumber, red onion and cilantro. Oh my god. It's so delicious. So bright. So much acidity. The crunch of the red onion and the softness of the mushrooms and avocado. YUM. Absolutely delicious. I tried the red salsa with my meal and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the habanero and WHOA was that spicy. Wow wow wow. But so good. I also ordered a Mushroom taco and Garbanzo bean taco vegan. Let me tell you I didn't have high expectations. First. I HATE corn Tortillas. Hate is putting it mildly. I have spit them out and refused to eat my food because I think they're so nasty. Because my guy LOVES them and he wanted me to, I said I'd try them. Well I have to say these are the best corn tortillas I've ever had. I'd still 10,000% rather have flour but these were not horrible. I actually ate them both. The Mushroom taco, vegan, had great flavor. Totally different from the appetizer (which is pretty filling and delicious!!) Mushrooms Aguachile. They made the tacos like the taquitos but not fried (I cannot stomach fried food anymore,) it was Mushroom Taco Asada so they were made with Carne Asada seasoning. So flavorful. A bit smokey and very very good. The Garbanzo bean taco was Al Pastor. And MAN ALIVE I think I'm in love. This was such a gorgeous flavor. Spicy and delicious. The corn tortillas provided the carbs and a bit of absorption for the salsa/hot sauces. And MAN were those sauces fire!!! I definitely want to come back and sit down and eat. This place had phenomenal food. There's a reason it's so well rated!!!

Nice brick and mortar space, centrally located in downtown Beaverton. They've expanded their menu from when they're a cart, now including gourmet appetizers. The Shrimp Ceviche was refreshing but kinda lacking flavors and a bit stingy on the shrimps. I got the Cabbage Bowl with Shrimps which was decent. Again, a bit lacking on the protein front. The Garbanzo Taco was as good as I remembered it to be. Fresh and soft corn tortilla topped with delicious chickpeas. Will stick to that from now on. Service was friendly and efficient.

First time trying this spot and it was incredible! I love the vibe of this restaurant, it's quite lively and has a urban feel, very Portlandy. I don't remember all the items we tried but my favorites were the Piña Colada Agua Fresca, Fried Chayote, Fish Taco, and the Braised Beef Taquitos. I wasn't prepared for the taquitos to be so hefty, so it left me feeling very satisfied. The fish in the fish taco tasted fresh even through the fry batter and paired so well with the slaw and pickled onion toppings.

This restaurant came highly recommended by dear friends, one of them from Monterrey, no less! So naturally, I arrived with high hopes, stretchy pants, and an empty stomach. The vibe? Impeccable. It's got that "take me to your Instagram story" look--modern, nostalgic, and just the right kind of photogenic. It's the sort of place you want to hang out in... if only the service didn't make you feel like you'd accidentally walked into someone else's private event. Let's taco 'bout the good first: the braised beef. Truly the Beyoncé of the menu--tender, juicy, and confidently stealing the spotlight. Tito's main creation is a quadruple of fried tacos stuffed with mashed potatoes (yes, mashed potatoes instead of meat) and crowned with that luscious beef. It seems like the meet should be inside the flauta and the dish is going through a culinary identity crisis, but we respect the hustle. Fair warning: the tacos get soggy faster than a paper straw in a margarita, so eat with urgency and purpose. Now for the side quests: the chips were so hard I briefly considered using them as coasters, and the guacamole was... let's call it an avocado-themed afterthought. As for the Paloma? She showed up naked: no flavor, no tajín, no salt, just vibes. Turns out you have to specifically ask for the rim treatment, which feels like ordering a taco and being asked, "Did you want a tortilla with that?" The service? Hmm. Not rude, but asking for tajín felt like proposing a controversial policy change. If the menu shows it, why must we negotiate? I skipped dessert entirely, not wanting to risk disappointment with Dos Hermanos just a few steps away--where the menu doesn't require emotional support. This place has a cool concept, great setting, and a novel dish worth knowing. But like a tortilla chip without guac, it feels incomplete. Go with a curious palate and realistic expectations.

We walked in about 30 minutes before they closed, not sure if they'd still want to serve us, but they were very happy to seat us. We ordered cocktails, a plate of taquitos with chicken and a shrimp taco. We went light on the food since it was our second dinner of the night but were still surprised by how big the taquitos were. They were great - crisp on the outside and filled with potato on the inside. Loved their pickled onions on both the taco and the taquitos! My only qualm about this place is I wish you could get taquitos filled with things other than potato, like beans, but I understand keeping things simple. My margarita was great. The pineapple coconut drink was heavier on pineapple than coconut than we were hoping for but it was still great. Food came out quickly, service was friendly - we'll definitely be back.

This was on my husband's list to try for over 2 years when they were still a food cart. I didn't know what to expect....a restaurant for taquitos which are usually dry and not at all exciting? Wow! I was so so surprised at the depth of flavor, beautiful presentation, curated toppings and the delicious food! Started off with the fried chayote, I know it's a strange sounding dish but it was so flavorful, perfectly fried with a savory batter and the chayote was a perfect texture. Husband loved the rib eye taco and he's hard to please since he's picky about his meat. The surprise was the fried pickled onions! I got the shrimp taquitos. The garlic shrimp were amazing .. just wish I had a whole bowl of them! The taquitos had a mashed potatoe filling and were very hearty! We will come back soon!

The food was level 5. It's that next level of flavor, texture and taste that most restaurants don't achieve. The portions were surprisingly big for a higher end food experience. My favorite were the fish tacos. They were exquisite. The ribs and taquitos were excellent too. The seasonal dessert of the pumpkin tres leches was the bomb. It had the perfect texture mix of crunchy/light cookies and chewy white chocolate with a cream that was super light and fresh and amazing. The service was good, and friendly, but not fast, which was perfect for our social dinner, but might be considered slow for someone wanting to get in and out in a timely manner. The ambience was more of a 3 or 4, but the food made that irrelevant to me. The glassware was unique, cool and high quality. Love this place. I'll be back.
