Fast service and they take phone orders too. Ordered a breakfast burrito, and 8 tacos (6 steak and 2 marinated pork). You get a little end tab paper with your order number and it will be called great. Convenient with covered outdoor seating next to the truck or take it to go. Sauce containers are given to you or requested and lids are on the salsa bar/drink area. The burritos are stuffed full and big! Love that you can order a breakfast one even in the evening. The tacos came with only one tortilla which was surprising as we were used to having two, though they seemed homemade or at least grilled and warmed up. Noticed that they were sturdier than the two tortillas we are used to! Marinated pork was the favorite! Definitely do want to try a variety of the burritos amd other meats for tacos! This is a food truck sitting in a food truck park. I really like the fact that this food truck has a bench and canopy for those that want to enjoy their food at the food truck park. I ordered the two street tacos and a burrito bowl with extra meat. Everything tasted great. The street tacos cost $2 each and seemed decent. The tacos I ordered were carnitas and asada. We love taco carts and this one is great! They have a fantastic, authentic, variety of meats and options. We tried a carne asada burrito, asada tacos and chicken tacos. Everything was yummy! The meats were cooked well and there was a nice portion of meat in each item. They also have a salsa bar set up that adds a variety of heat and flavor to anything you order. The staff is polite and friendly and everything we ordered was cooked and served very quickly. Nothing special to write about. Out of number of taco places we have in aloha area, probably least preferred. For Adam:- Got alpaster taco from here. Believe it or not it wasn't the best for sure. I eat lot of Mexican food and the spice that was used in master taco for alpastor for me was not they great. By the way taste is subjective. My review is my own personal opinion. Had the Carnitas tacos and supreme steak burrito here. The sauces that they had were great, but the food was disappointing. Asked for no beans in the burrito and got beans. There was an absurd amount of rice in the burrito and the steak wasn't good and overall it was not flavored/balanced well. As for the tacos, the carnitas was overcooked, there was no flavor and it was hard to eat because it was so dry. Sad that I was disappointed based on the reviews I read... I will give this place one more try next time I'm here. Will not be ordering a burrito again however. read more

Ordered 2 lengua, 2 Birria tacos and an asada sope. They add a heaping amount of meat but my tacos only had 1 tortilla so the juices from the lengua and birria made my tacos really soggy. i usually go to this taco place often and i come here because i love the beans and rice with the taco plate. I came for my usual taco plate and when i got home i only had the four tacos i asked for but not the beans and rice that comes with it. i will not be coming back anymore. I know the tacos individually are cheaper on it's own but i was charged $12 for a taco plate with no beans and rice that COMES with the tacos and is posted on the side and on the front of the ordering window. i've gone here for many years and will not be coming back. I've been to a handful of taco trucks in the Portland area (all have have been really good), but Master Taco is my #1. I've been here ~10 times and counting. Their corn tortillas and salsas are homemade and fresh; the tacos are like eating 'love' if that were possible. I'm in my 5th decade on this planet, and I can honestly say their tacos are some of the best food I've ever had in my lifetime. If your back is to TV Highway, they are the first truck facing you with the fancy permanent canopy. They also have several large folding tables. There are several taco trucks in the area, along with a taco truck towards the parallel street near the parking lot exit. That one I hear has better al pastor. Tacos are $1.25 or $1.50. The prices, tastes and variety of meats are what I would expect of a good taco truck. Across the street is Sabor Salvador - yummy pupusas and atole! I've been to Master Taco several times and have been absolutely in love with the food. They're in a convenient location and always have a crowd waiting for food. They get 4 stars because customer service always depends on who is working. They can be impatient with you and clearly focused on other things rather than taking your order correctly. It's like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld...I'm fully expecting to get booted out of line if I don't order fast enough :/ NOTE: if you speak Spanish fluently, everything flows a lot smoother. Hands down!!!! The BEST tacos I've had since moving back up to the Portland/Beaverton area. I always get Lengua tacos and my husband gets Al Pastor tacos! They have an array of different spicy level sauces as well as amazing grilled onions and peppers. Just make sure if you're in a hurry to order ahead or you may have to wait a while since they're always poppin. I've never tried anything else besides the tacos. Went to buy tacos around 10 pm got 5 tacos de asada and 3 de chorizo with everything on it. I paid about $16 but the meat was very old and oily I could only eat one taco de chorizo. The rest went to waist. The carne asada also had alot of fat. So I didn't even get a good part of the meat. I definitely would not recommend this taco truck. Very disappointed. read more
