I have been coming here for years! Alvaro and his crew are the best. The best part is they are open late. Tonight I had my usual asada torta with grilled jalapeños on the side. Their salsa selection is great too! My favorite is the chipotle orange sauce. I grab extra to eat with my eggs the next day lol. I remember a few years ago alvaro's card reader was down and he gave me the food for free. I came back with cash. A true staple Beaverton and we are blessed to have this spot in our community. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Wow. I've seen this truck parked in the charbroil burger/teriyaki parking lot for a very long time.. never tried it until now and oh my god.. I haven't had such a flavourful asada burrito on this side of town. They use Mexican rice in the burrito which was a surprise and the frijoles were fresh tasting. The asada was cooked to perfection, no excessive chewing, none stuck between the teeth, I can't complain. The food came out very fast, hot and ready to eat! The best tacos we've found since moving to the area. Service is quick even with how busy they can get. They are open late which is nice for when I'm getting out of class or off work in the evening. Asada is always a hit, but they changed something with the chorizo that it hasn't been as good as the first time I had it. Also wish they'd cover the salsas that sit out on the side of the truck, would hate to get a bug in there or something. Yuck. With a variety of taco trucks near one another, somehow this place has become a go to spot for my family and I and let me tell you, tacos are not just for Tuesdays...Sunday night dinner here we come! Parked in front of Char Burger and across the Beaverton Resource Center, it's a place for just feel good food, you can't go wrong with your order. Even if it's not tacos. For 3 orders we got 16 tacos total and it took less than 10 minutes even while we had 2 orders in front of us at 8:15pm With either 2 or 3 staff members in the truck, the system of one taking the order and the others cooking make the wait go faster. Eat in your car, outside on the curb, or take it to go. It's all good, tacos stay hot and fresh while on the go The tacos are double wrapped with corn tortillas, meat of choice, raw onions, and cilantro on top. Add some raddish slices for a side and your meal is served. Variety of sauces from mild to hot, I think pickled onions, and even roasted onions/peppers to add to your order (to the side, next to the menu board), which is self service. I ordered two tacos, I asked for no cilantro or onions they came literally covered in both... It was only 4 dollars so I didn't bother asking to remake them because i'm awkward, so instead I spent 10 minutes picking it out..... Drier than the dessert the carnitas was... al pastor looked like it was chinese food or something weird and didn't taste any better.. Salsas did not help... Hands down the best taco truck in Oregon. I have tried almost every taco truck in this area and in Portland and these are my go to. I have been getting tacos here for about 3 years now and the tacos are always amazing. The al pastor tacos are my favorite and the sauces here are like no other taco truck or Mexican cart that I have tried. You will not be disappointed if you come here.
