I would not recommend going to 21 Nail Lounge. I went for a pedicure which I made an appointment for a few days prior. The salon had no hot water. For the duration of my pedicure my feet were in and out of cold water. The technician who was providing the service was asked ahead of time to please not touch one particular toe other than to remove/change the polish as I am regrowing a nail and the skin where the nail used to be is incredibly sensitive. He started to worked on the toe anyway and I reminded him to leave it be. He went back to the same toe two additional times and with each I asked him to please do nothing but change the polish because it was painful. The same technician insisted on removing an "ingrown" toe nail on the opposite foot...though there were none as I have had them surgically removed. I asked him to stop what he was doing because it was painful. Instead of stopping he argued with me about what he was doing while continuing to pick at my skin which was not only painful but now also visibly swollen and red. I will not be returning to 21 Nail Lounge. My experience was far less than ideal. Nobody should have a cold water, painful pedicure experience with an argumentative technician who is repeatedly asked to stop doing something that is uncomfortable. read more

Came in last night and got a pedicure and fill. I asked for the design on the second photo and got this, I came in early afternoon to ask to get the design taken off and for a tiny heart - as it looks nothing liked I asked for and honestly looks horrible. I was initially told they were too busy, with two people in the whole place getting their nails done. I was made incredibly uncomfortable as the two front ladies were arguing and I was told in 10 mins I could get a redesign but for a $10 cost. One lady was laughing at me and came up to me and asked me what my question was now? Laughing at me. Worst service ever, I have never been made so uncomfortable, INCREDIBLY overpriced! I took my young daughter here to get our nails done. Jenny did her pedicure and manicure. She made sure she was comfortable even though she was a little small for the amazing massage chairs. I got the luxury pedicure, which was a little pricey but included a lot and I'm glad I got it. Very relaxing. Jenny also did my manicure and made all my design dreams come true. She was professional, kind and didn't mind that I came in with a screenshot of a Valentine nail design. I tried this spot out as it is new and very close to my home. BOOK WITH KELLY!! I came here as my regular technician is away on vacation & I have vacation coming up as well. IMPECCABLE JOB! Kelly was so kind, caring, & thoughtful. She made it very relaxing for me while also ensuring I was comfortable and checked on me to ensure while she filing I wasn't hurt. I came in for a fill and she went above and beyond, she fixed my cuticles, the lifting of my natural nails under my acrylics, etc. You can tell she is a pro by the way she took pride in her work. The salon is very well kept, clean, & smelt so good/clean. All the materials Kelly used were also very clean and in great condition. Very disrespectful I came into get a fill done and the woman literally stopped in the middle of my set and told me she wasn't going to finish my nails because I asked if she could fix my pinky as it was not looking like the other ones and it was indented. She told me she couldn't do it. I wasn't even supposed to be there and put me in. This was my first time getting a gel manicure. The technician cut my cuticle letting it bleed and possibly exposing me to blood born pathogens. On top of this, he was going to use a used file on me before I asked him to change it even worsening the possibility of exposure. The manicure itself came out a bit uneven and had slight air bubbles. The salon just opened up the road from my house and I've been here about three or four times now and have to say how happy I am to have found this place. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful inside but the massage chairs though ... those are the star of the show! I would probably go there just to sit in those chairs! They are that comfortable! When I was getting my pedicure, I appreciated that they were taking clean instruments out of freshly sterilized packets (I could see the autoclave machine in the back) I appreciated the disposable items that they were using like a buffing block, callus remover, toe separators and especially lining the bowl with its own liner. A lot of nail places don't do that which they should it and if the shop owners read this THANK YOU! It should just be standard practice but it's rare to come across these days. I was greeted and offered coffee, water and or tea which I thought was very nice as well. Overall the atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive and I look forward to coming back again today. I had a dip powder set done by Johnny today and I loved it! Came here with my friend and her sister, my nail tech was Danny and older man, I showed him what I wanted and what look I was going for and throughout the duration of him doing my nails I had asked for skinnier square and a deeper red. Did not get that I tried liking it but I just couldn't so I asked for a soak off, they kept asking me what was wrong with them as if my nails aren't chunky and not the color I wanted. The insisted I pay full price since I didn't say anything right away even though I was still in the salon waiting for them to finish up with other clients. Respectfully I'm not paying for something I didn't ask for nor do I like. The nail tech was extremely unprofessional trying to bring in the other client he was working on into the disagreement clearly making her uncomfortable. It's obvious this business cares more about money than leaving their guests satisfied with that they're paying for. I would've gladly paid for the soak off but in the end I was forced to pay for nails that left me feeling ugly. I don't recommend this place there are far more better salons and techs out there that will actually care about you. $58 for this. read more

Came in to get a mani pedi with my mom because she is going to Vegas for a vacation after a long year. I wanted French tip with a blue color, and I ended up getting an ugly cream color as the base with blue tips. I'm ok with the pedicure but I do not like my manicure. But my mother on the other hand was told they can NOT do her nails because it was too late and she needed to come back tomorrow. We came today because she leaves for Vegas and we do NOT have time the rest of the week. They didn't do any color on her toes or hands. They should have told us it was too late to do both of our nails instead of us wasting our money on just mine, when I wanted to take my mom so she can have a nice manicure and pedicure for her trip. Brand new so it is nice and clean. Very spacious inside so you don't feel too crammed with others getting their pedicures done. A little tighter for manicure area, but still nice. This place is insanely overpriced. I went in because I happen to be in the area. I'm not normally over on this side of town but figured I'd give it a try. They charged me $58 for a dip manicure with a fake tip. An original gel manicure was $40 and with tips. It was $58. I then sat down and we were discussing what shape and I told her that I wanted almond round and she told me that would be an additional seven dollars.the idea of charging more for tips without letting the customer pick their shape is insane. Not to mention during my manicure the entire time she kept saying how wide my fingers were, and saying that the color that I chose was interesting. Then as I was checking out, she came over with other shades of blue saying that I should choose a darker blue after my manicure was done. Also, another gentleman was speaking to a younger girl in a pedicure chair next to me and very loudly kept saying "you like the vibrating you like the vibrating a lot."Completely disrespectful and inappropriate. Loved this place when it first opened made it my main place for pedis and finally last month committed to getting my fingers done for the first time. Lee did an incredible job walked me through the process and super thorough. Got me wanting to do them all the time. UNTIL I needed a new set booked online with him only to find out when I got in he was on vacation. I was sat with the guy from the front desk he had NO time for me & wanted to fight me on doing what I booked a service for. He did not want to put tips on and tried to just make me have my regular nails. After constantly having to get up to keep answering the phones and assisting customers he said he doesn't have time and passed me off. The lady who worked on my nails agreed to do tips which made the front desk guy mad & he came to talk to me about it. The lady who did my nails did not properly do them, they are uneven and cracked all throughout the nails and it's only been a week. When I look at the backside of my nails, I'm scared that when they get taken off my real nail is coming with the fake tips. I had glue stuck all over my fingers. My real nails are sliced & disintegrating/peeling & some of them hurt still to this day & were only done less than a week ago. I was advised by someone who gets them done regularly stepped were skipped & I should have known because the process was done way different than when I first had them done. Overall ruined the experience of wanting to come back which is depressing because Lee truly knows what he is doing & was so kind and professional. Will be finding a new place. This is only my second time having my nails done and I kept making it clear and asking questions but they had no interest in answering. read more
