We showed up an hour before they closed. Julia helped us and didn't seem annoyed at all. We had his prescription, info on the last frames he had purchased and a picture of him. (He wasn't with us as he hadn't gotten home from the lake yet). While the frames we picked weren't exactly what he had, she worked to find ones that were similar shape, right size and in stock so she could have ready for us the next day by 12:00pm. Wow! I went in last night to get some nose pads for my mom's glasses. My mom has done medical issues…read moreand was in the hospital when I noticed her glasses were missing the nose pads. I can in just after 6 pm just as they were closing. I have never been there before but she not only installed the nose pads but adjusted the frames straight and tightened down the screws cleaned them and put them in a clear plastic case to protect them. She also offered to make additional adjustments if I brought my mom in to make sure they fit correctly on her.

As we were looking around there was just one other staff member at her desk (Michelle) already helping another customer. We browsed at frames and I told my husband I was extremely uncomfortable with this man as by this point he was literally laying his head down on the table (see video). It was a shame and sad, but also unprofessional and very concerning! There were a few employees in the back office area so I approached them with our concerns & they said they had gotten numerous complaints already? What? Why didn't he get sent home and how many customers walked out?! We asked if someone else could assist us and Michelle was just finishing up, so she was able to get everything we needed and her customer service was excellent! She saved the day for this review! Michelle was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind. She helped get my husband exactly what he needed and gave additional advice for his eyewear. To the management staff. You should not have an employee come in, work, be at his desk in misery! This isn't a good look for your business, how can you even have someone come in to work that can't even function? Advise- this man should get the help he needs and return when he is healthy or go on disability pay until he is stable enough to come back to work.

A year ago she noticed a questionable issue with my eyes and immediately got me in to see an MD. Luckily it wasn't serious but diagnosed with retinoschisis. It's nothing threatening but good to know so we can keep an 'eye' on things. I've had many eye exams in the past and she, hands down, is FAR the best! She does the eye mapping pictures, which usually is an extra cost, at no extra expense. She is so concerned about perfection that she includes this in her exam.
